Really great product, can't wait to use a new colour when we can actually go out to a festival (Lol), the pink takes really nicely to blonde hair.

Don't get it. I, bought silver drops I have bleach blond hair I now have a hint of a blue splodge and no other change I don't understand how it can be so hit and miss :S

Id give a 0 if i could, their customer service is absolute horrific. They messed up my order completely and then completely ignored what i was saying. Do NOT order from them because they will take your money and not reply.

I was really happy finding such cool glitter for festivals etc so I ordered a lot and because I live in Germany I had to pay a lot for shipping aswell. When I received my parcel there was one item missing. I straight away contacted customer service and asked them to send it to me (I did pay for the item and its shipping). I got a refund and afterwards the answer that the item wasn't available anymore. I looked on the page and the item was still available. I contacted customer service again and told them that I'd rather have the item which on the website still was available. Then I just got the answer that I already got a refund (which I never asked for). Pretty poor experience. Haven't tried the items yet, but won't order there again.

Amazing! I am in love with nearly all the SHRINE products from the gems, glitters and hair dyes! The drops it are now my go to for a lockdown make over. Always so much fun mixing your own colours. Can't wait to try more.

No parcel received. No response when I have tried to contact - not even an automated reply. Very disappointing. I will seek a refund if I ever hear anything from them.

I bought drop it drops in aqua. I washed my hair and followed instructions meticulously, it didn't do anything, not even to my grey hairs. Don't waste your time and money with this.

As its lockdown my hairdresser recommended this product... I was nervous at 1st.
I'm naturally very dark haired and I have blonde hightlights. I purchased the champagne box and added the drops to my conditioner and put it in my hair.. I was super amazed and very impressed on the end result... Would definitely recommend this product 🤘

I followed the steps and my hair came out blue! Do not use!

Received £10 goodie bag, supposed to be £50 worth of products all I received was 4 packs of 5 jewels and 2 tiny bags of cosmetic glitter. Searched online and all in all comes to approx £6 worth of items. Very unhappy with this!! Have emailed saying I want to return and request a refund. Doubt I’ll hear back. Waste of money and absolute con of a company. Just trying to get rid of all the crap items they can’t sell.

Followed all the instructions it turned my hair blue. I wouldn’t recommend

I ordered some products from them, and I never received them. I emailed about it and they were nice, but then wouldn’t get back in touch with me, and I’d have to keep asking. Never got the product, apparently loads of people haven’t either. Don’t bother.

I ordered a Christmas present at the request of my sister about a week prior to the 25th with next day delivery. I wasn’t overly concerned when it hadn’t arrived on time due to the ongoing postal delays, though when I looked Hermes were reporting that they’d not even received the parcel. I chased via email and social media with screenshots of The status from Hermes.

It took ages for a reply, and then when I did get a response and replied they never followed up. I had to chase them, repeatedly. They sent a replacement 3 days prior to Xmas, again with next day delivery. This still didn’t arrive and on investigation DHL were advising they also hadn’t received the initial parcel, again I sent screenshots.

More chasing continued from there via social media and email. I could also see on social media other people were having issues. Communication was a huge issue, it took a while to get replies and then when I replied to them there was no follow up without me chasing.

The item arrived 3 weeks late from my initial purchase. As if the whole experience wasn’t bad enough, when I opened the parcel the boxes were ripped in the corners and the items were loose. I had to put the boxes together and check all the items were there myself. This is supposed to be an Xmas present and the boxes look awful and trashy.

The only positive is that I did order a mystery package in addition as a surprise to the recipient and the items do equate to more than the cost of the mystery package. Though some of the gems on the face designs have fallen off in their packaging, the overall items appear quite nice and so I think two stars is justified.

Overall, I would not buy again from this company ever. I really advise everyone to think twice before they purchase. I definitely wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything in December. They didn’t honour their postage offer of next day and didn’t refund the postage despite not meeting their obligation. I am so disappointed that it looks like the products where mistreated before being wrapped and shipped and the communication was terrible. Smaller businesses have provided a lot better service that what I received from Shrine, in fact Shrine have been the only company I have had an issue with despite ordering from over 40 small businesses and several large ones in November and December 2020.

It was very apparent that there was more of a focus on posting multiple times a day on social media than actually prioritising customers.

I have never known a company like this. Express delivery took nearly 3 weeks after many efforts to contact. The £10 sample bag, containing £50 of goodies, contained 4 packs of face jewels, that I searched for and found them for £1 a pack on Superdrug. Absolutely shocking on a whole other level. The reviews on the website seem very false. No way is the value of that bag worth £5. I’m not sure how they can get away with it and will look into this further. Would never use again. Avoid at all costs

Unprofessional email answers (when they finally answer) need to just be honest with customers - still not received my order- god knows where it is.

Customer services are not helpful when you're contacting them about returns or refunds. I contacted them on 28 October regarding refund on delivery as it didn't arrive in the stated time (I paid for express). I got a reply which stated that they have a backlog of orders which has resulted in a delay, but no mention of a refund on delivery even though that was why I was contacting them. I responded the same day reiterating that I would like a refund on delivery (which I am entitled to under the Consumer Contracts Regulations). It is now 14 November and still no response. I've returned the whole order and Hermes tracking shows it was delivered to Shrine on 9 November, but still have not heard from them. The website states to wait up to 10 days for returns to be processed, so I'm still waiting for the time to lapse. Based on my experience I can bet any money I won't hear from them. I will update this review if I do.

My advice would be to steer clear of buying anything from this website. If you want a Shrine product, buy from other retailers as buying from Shrine directly is a bumpy experience.

UPDATE: I received a refund on 16 Nov but it was for the wrong order and I didn't even get refunded for one of the items I did send back. I have contacted them again today to get this corrected.

UPDATE: I didnt get a response to my email mentioned in the update above however my refund was honoured a few hours later. For this I have increased the star to 2 as I appreciate that I didn't need to chase again or wait a long period of time to resolve the issues.
