Smells amazing! Smells exactly the same as the inspirational colognes. And it last a very long time on your skin

Scammer company, Extremely disappointing experience. The company’s return/refund policy stated on their website does not seem to match how they actually handle customer issues. I received a damaged and leaking perfume, yet they refused to provide a full refund and instead offered only 50%.
I contacted them multiple times and made several attempts to resolve the issue, but still received no satisfactory resolution. Receiving a damaged product and then being denied a full refund is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend being very cautious before ordering from this company.

So I wanted a great smelling high end fragrance but did not wanna pay the crazy high prices for one so I ordered! It didn't take to long for it to get to me witch was great the only issue I have and why it's not 5 stars is I did not like the fragrance I got at all so I emailed customer service and told them about my not liking the fragrance and they wrote back with 2 options for me 50% back or a replacement fragrance at no additional cost? Wow was very shocked they offered either one thanks!

The price is great and the amount you get for the price is very good. Will definitely last months before you need the refill. The smell is on point to the original. For a Dupe they definitely did a good job with it.

Already great bang for your buck. Wasnt fully satisifed with one of the scents based on personal preference I reached out to the team and they helped me out right away. Great customer service and quality products.

Being they had a zero on here this is a scam don’t send your money to them at all I made a order 3 weeks ago and still haven’t gotten my items they keep saying they don’t have to right address or the right tracking number or the right item number which is being given THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!! Until I receive my money or items I will say this same thing on every website until I get my items or money back not partial all of my money back

I ordered three bottles and received them in a few weeks. One of the bottles was incorrect however they rectified this quickly.

I really enjoyed the opportunity to try this cologne. Overall, the scent was pleasant, smooth, and easy to wear, with a distinctive character that developed nicely after application. I also appreciated that it was not overly harsh or overpowering.

Personally, I usually gravitate toward stronger, deeper, and more masculine scents. I initially thought the fragrance was unisex, so I was a little surprised by the scent profile. However, I can see how your fragrance's would appeal to someone who enjoys a sweeter and more versatile scent.

Overall, I appreciated the opportunity to experience the fragrance and would be interested in trying other selections with a bolder, deeper, and more sophisticated scent profile, thank you.

The team treated me with great respect and there was a problem on the delivery companies side of things and my package was delivered to the wrong location, however the team treated me like a valued customer and took care of it, and my cologne will be here soon, I am very excited to try it out! Great customer service!

On the positive, the colognes arrived quickly. It's all downhill from there. Notice all the reviews concentrate on customer service and don't brag about the smell? The scent lasts 7-8 hours? Try not even 7 or 8 minutes. 2 minutes really. It's immediately GONE. Spray 4 times, which should choke a room, and get a light smell that's gone almost immediately. I purchased 3 scents, all extremely similar if not identical. If it sounds to good to be true, it most likely is. So no, they aren't similar to the expensive brands as claimed. No, they do not last more than a few minutes and then are undetectable even up close to the applied areas. And the only reason they claim nobody calls on their "money back guarantee" is they ignore or make the return shipping cost to you basically a wash for what you paid, so why bother. Money down the drain. Save yours and just save up for the real deal. You'll be glad you did. I could be halfway to a great scent, instead I got 3 bottles for the garbage.

I have been pleased with their level of customer service. Ryan has been a great support to resolve my issues. As for quality of items, I am happy and i think it is worth the money for offered promotion. I like Crimson 549 Extrait and had no idea what kind of smell I will face but it is pleasant to me and it will last. The Visionary is freshening but won’t stays with me. Delivery time was acceptable but they must use more protective packaging.

The perfumes were priced really well and I was able to upgrade to extrait de parfums for all 3. The shipping did take longer than expected but arrived undamaged. The similarity to the original brands are on point although they do not last as long as I expected, but for the price are well worth the cost. I use them more frequently than I do my original perfumes. A month after my original order I had an unexpected charge for a 2.95 trial subscription. Steven from CS was incredibly fast in responding, polite and professional in refunding me, cancelling future membership subscription and resolving my issue. I appreciated the services. Overall a very good HOK experience.

I purchased the best sellers bundle but only received 2 of the 3 scents, which were amazing, but I reached out to HOK and within minutes they were preparing the missing one for me and sent it out quickly. Very impressed with the speed and friendliness! Would definitely recommend just on customer service!

paid extra money for enhanced version has no difference it is not as long lasting as it did claim there is no indication on the bottle at all nore long lasting version... Go with other alternatives...

Good customer service the cologne doesn't last as long a advertised

These guys go by multiple names including “thehok” - they use a membership scam where they unknowingly sign you up to a membership and charge you without you knowing or consenting. Type their name into google alongside “fraud” or “scam” and you’ll see a full description of the scam. The cancellation process is convoluted, lengthy and deceptive. Please refer them to consumer affairs, demand they refund you and inform platforms on which they advertise.

I received a product that needed to be returned. The company has agreed to replace the product at no additional cost.

The process of getting a replacement was quick and easy HOK definitely takes customer service seriously

My package was delayed and I reached out to customer service and they were able to find my package and verify it was still on its way. Very happy with there help and they were very quick to respond!!! Cant wait to git them and try to leave another review!!

Customer service with HOK was excellent: quick, responsive and helpful when I raised my concerns. The perfumes themselves were decent at best, though. The scents were fine, but longevity fell well short of how they're described on the website, fading much sooner than advertised. HOK has offered replacement bottles, which I'm waiting on now. If they perform better, I'll happily update this review. For now, 3 stars: full marks for support, but the product hasn't lived up to it yet.
