Advice on securing a rate for our electricity for 2023-4 has been excellent, especially given the current issues around cost and the lack of clarity.
We have also received good advice and assistance on CCL and VAT, even though we have yet to see any refunds.

Aaron at Honesty Group has been brilliant and we did get a £2000 rebate on electricity.
I definitely recommend them!

When we were looking to secure an energy deal for our cricket club, the support received was first rate. We were given a few options, all were clearly explained. The switching process was straightforward, we were kept informed at all times.

They have managed to get me a rebate of £12,000 that I didn’t even know I was entitled to. One phone call from Jordan was all it took to get the ball rolling. Massive thank you to Liam at Honest Gas and Power. We are a social club and Liam managed to get us over £4k refunded from our gas/electric supplier, and got the bills reduced moving forward. He also got our meters replaced to smart meters as well. Jordan Crake was very helpful claiming back our Climate Control Levy. From the first telephone conversation to the claim settlement he was excellent.

Daniel Ching has provided excellent support to our company since our current energy broker went into administration. A very big Thank You to Liam at Honest Gas & Power. He contacted me to advise that as we are a Social Club we shouldn't be paying CCL charge. After giving him an authority to speak with our supplier, he has managed to get us a £5k refund & also managed to reduce the VAT we pay from 20% to 5%. Also, going forward our electricity bills will be cheaper so its a WIN WIN.

I received a telephone call from Jordan explaining what we were being charge on VAT and CCL and that they could get these monies back for us from our Utlility company.
I was kept up to date all the way through, it only took 2 weeks for for this to be resolved, well done, could not fault the service

I received a phone call from Daniel, who explained what they did and that they could try and help with a refund of CCL. I agreed for him to try, but advised that I was not interested in any other services as I had recently agreed to a new Electricity contract. The claim was resolved successfully. Daniel kept me informed at all times and was very professional throughout.

Jordan and Dan had originally called our company just around the time we were looking into our Electricity provider. They both promised to help us and did all the necessary research and hard work for us. They explained in detail the different types of contracts and made sure to get enough details from us to ensure they would choose the best suited for our company.

They both were very professional, friendly and patient throughout and have promised that they will continue to be there if needed after the signing of the contract.
