I purchased these house plans a few years ago, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to use them on the property I originally intended. When I later decided to build the home in Hawaii, I was running into extremely high engineering costs.

Their customer service was absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to help me find an engineer who could work with the plans in Hawaii, ultimately saving me thousands of dollars. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent—responsive, helpful, and professional.

It’s rare to find a company that continues to stand behind its customers years after the original purchase. I’m extremely satisfied with both the plans and the support I received. Five stars without hesitation. I would absolutely purchase from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality home plans and exceptional customer service.

There are so many on-line sites to choose from when looking for house designs and I was fortunate enough to pick the house designers. All the sites seem to have most if not all the same plans to choose from. What separates them would be the customer service you receive once you choose the site. I couldn’t be happier with the individualized service I have received from Christine and would never even think about using another site. I have purchased nine plans from her so far and every purchase has been wonderful. Definitely would recommend this site to anybody looking to build their dream home or build someone else’s.

After looking at several house plan companies, we decided to purchase our house plans from The House Designers. We were very satisfied with the end results. One issue we ran into was the lot sites shape. We wanted the house positioned in a way that we would get the best views. In working with customer service, they immediately stepped in to help us resolve our issue by suggesting options that we never knew were possible. It was nice to see a company go above and beyond and not sell us plans just to get a quick sale. Their customer service was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. And believe me, I had a lot of them. We love our new home and would definitely recommend The House Designers to anyone wanting to build a new home!!
