I order two dresses May 2025- was in contact with customer service, which was super nice, probably a response written with Chatgpt. Still have not got them And now the links to the site no longer work. I even had a shipping number.

Last time I buy from instagram unless I can really confirm they are legit.

We waited multiple weesk for thr dresses to arrive and were in contact with costumer service at the time. they seemed nice and responded. But then... the dresses arrived in terrible quality. there was no way we could wear them and asked to send them back and to get a refund. we got a reply they would need pictures and after sending them, we never heard from them again. no refund. nothing. TERRIBLE. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!

8 weeks, still no dress. I have received emails apologising for the delay 4 weeks ago, but another 4 weeks have passed and still no dress or refund.

Still waiting on an order I placed about 3 weeks ago, when their shipping policy states a 5-7 businesses days turnaround. Even though I was supplied a tracking number, the shipping info does not tell me anything. Not expecting to see the dress I ordered. Seems like a scam.

I received the dress but it’s a nightmare! The dress shows several quality issues (unfinished seams, visible stitching loops). The costumer service does not reply. Run from it !

Yes, it's a SCAM! It took 4 weeks for dresses to arrive and they are of such bad quality it's hard to believe this is a legit company! Of course no one returns my e-mail demanding informations for a return or refund. DO NOT ORDER!

Ordered two dresses and they took weeks to arrive. I was in touch with their customer services email and 'Julia' said she'd issue a refund for them not turning up. Conveniently they then did turn up but neither size fitted. I offered to return them but I was told "we can't accept physical returns". I expressed my disappointment in the service and I have reported them to the police as I believe they're a fake company. I was told I could send photos of the dresses and they would consider a refund but obviously I haven't heard anything from them.

Ghost company. Do not purchase. I bought 4 dresses from them with good reviews. 3 dresses arrived and one that I did not order. I contacted them for a refund as stated on their website and "Jen" claimed that she issued a refund. After many attempts to contact her after not receiving my refund I discover that the phone line is disconnected and there is no ABN, the street address does not exist and I have been scammed. The products that I was sent were not even good quality, it looks like something a primary school student might sew.
