Quick and helpflul response via WhatsApp and a fast shipment even within europe. Would definitely buy again at their store.
House od Games je jesna od rijetkih stranica koje su imale na stanju Sagrada: 5 & 6 Player Expansion. Također sam iznenađen brzom dostavom. Mislim da je proslo manje od 48h od narudžbe do dostave.

Perfect condition in long distance order
I've had the parcel send over quite the distance and it all came in one piece. Not a scratch on the board games, regardless of what the outside of the parcel looked like. I'm happy with the order and would order again if they have something that I can't find in my own country.

Scalpers
A company that sells long awaited products with a 100% increase on the price is nothing but bullshit scalpers with a fancy name.
Waited for months to buy the Riftbound booster box to see it arrive at a ridiculous price of 240€. Not only will I not be buying the box but this company won't see me as a customer ever.

Antwoord van House of Games
Hello Karmela,
thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding the pricing of the Riftbound booster box.
We’d like to clarify that we are an independent online retailer and not an official Riftbound store. As a webshop-only business, Riftbound products are sourced through multiple third-party distributors, often at higher purchase prices. Additionally, the quantities allocated to us are very limited, which directly impacts availability and pricing for highly anticipated products, while various operating costs further influence the final product price.
To ensure fair access for as many customers as possible, we also limit purchases to one box per customer for these products.
We understand this may not meet everyone’s expectations and appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us directly.
Kind regards,
House of Games Team
Solid local shop
Fast delivery, good communication, good prices. And they support Google Pay, which was very practical. Glad I could support a small local shop.
