Top-drawer customer service
After a mistake by the company's suppliers, I spoke to a representative by phone. They owned the problem and rectified it immediately. I was extremely impressed by how effective this company's customer service is.
I'll add that both the original shipment and the replacement item arrived in less than 24 hours after ordering — amazing.

They’re also really helpful over the phone, which makes a big difference if you need advice or have any questions. Proper good customer service.
It’s good to have a company you can rely on the products are quality and consistent, and I’ve never had any issues. You can tell they know their stuff.

Really sorry this has been your experience, we understand how frustrating that is 😞
In this case, you had included a company name on the address for this order, which means DHL automatically treats it as a business import. When a shipment is classed as B2B like this, an EORI number is required for customs clearance, and without it they’re unable to deliver, so the parcel is returned. These import rules are set by the destination country and courier, and unfortunately sit outside of our control (we’re not in a position to anticipate or manage every country’s import requirements for every product.)
As per our policy, we’ll issue a full refund once the parcel arrives back with us. If you do reorder, leaving out the company name (or providing an EORI for business deliveries) will avoid this happening again 👍
