Best customer service I have experienced. Promptly respond to everything, pay for returns with easy process and are very upfront when final sale is no return.
Very quickly resolved parcelpoint issue when parcelpoint refused to print return label despite advertising they would (use Australia Post for hassle free returns).
Could not ask for better service from the Iconic and definitely recommend!

extremally upset with their service
extremally upset with their service. Ordered a watch with free shipping, on the day of arrival I get an email saying the item is being returned to sender as the address was incorrect? called to get this sorted with them saying I am getting reimbursed for this as there it is not way for them to re-send the item once AUSPOST sent it back to the warehouse, they told me to feel free to order the item again, now with the address confirmed just as the first time I ordered and paid the extra fee for next day delivery, and I am getting the same email with all details confirmed by Iconic, how can this be possible ?
Don’t bother
Ordered an expensive dress early Dec.
Was supposed to be delivered a week later. Finally received it nearly at the end of Jan. Don’t waste your time or money. Hopeless. Never again.
Wildly inaccurate size charts
Wildly inaccurate size charts. I am a standard size 10 with 73cm waist and 98cm hips. I made the mistake of ordering an Atmos & Here skirt in size 10, thinking it would fit on the natural waist, like the model's does.
Sadly, it can barely stay above my hips and my butt crack is visible at the back.
When I tried to exchange for a size 8, the customer service rep, Hony, responded that it was final sale and ended the chat before I could reply to his/her response with my photos showing my size and how the product is fitting.
I replied to the email transcript from the live chat with photos, and in the end, was offered an exchange.
However, I do not recommend The Iconic and will not be shopping there again.

Great online shopping!
Been shopping at The Iconic for many years now and have never had a problem! Everything always gets sent within a day. They often have good sales. And if something doesn’t quite fit right it’s an easy and free return process.
Not sure why there are so many bad reviews.. but in the past 5+ years I’ve never had any problems whatsoever.
They are my go to for all my fashion and accessories!
Horrible After Care and Customer Service
I recently purchased a pair of Forum Bold Shoes from THE ICONIC, hoping for the quality and comfort the brand is known for. Unfortunately, the shoes caused significant discomfort, leading to abrasions on my ankles, even when worn with protective socks. The pain and injury were unexpected and quite distressing, considering the normal use and precautions taken.
I reached out to THE ICONIC’s customer service, providing photographic evidence of the injury and asking for a return based on the product not being of acceptable quality as per the Australian Consumer Law. While the customer service team was prompt in their response, they insisted that the discomfort was due to fit rather than a fault and declined my return request, citing their terms and conditions.
I am disheartened by their lack of acknowledgment of the severity of the injury caused by their product and their dismissal of my concerns. I had hoped for a more understanding and customer-centric approach, especially when the issue relates to the safety and well-being of their customers.
This experience has not only left me with a pair of unwearable shoes but also a feeling of being undervalued as a customer. How do they expect me to keep and wear a pair of sneakers that will cut my skin open every time I wear them???
I cannot recommend THE ICONIC based on this experience and advise potential customers to be wary of the after-sales support should you encounter any issues with your purchase.
Wake up
Before you order, open your window and throw your money away, it is less stressful.
They never respond to any enquiry once they have your dough.
Poor customer service
I ordered a bag that is supposed to come with 2 detachable straps - 1 shoulder strap and 1 cross-body strap. When I received the parcel, the cross-body strap was missing. I reported this issue and was advised to report the item as faulty and arrange for a return/exchange. Why do I have to send everything back just so they can send them all back to me with the missing strap?

Excellent products, fantastic service, and very prompt postage! I bought a pair of vintage Levi's overalls most recently, and they're exactly as described, plus they arrived within just two days. I am extremely impressed by their product range and service. I will definitely be back!

They send me faulty items
They send me faulty items with the magnetic tags attached I tried to contact them many times with no replies and eventually they gave the generic reply to return the item? It’s not my mistake but I have to take my time to return something I wanted but faulty and no compensation or apologies
The worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
The worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. No respond. 11 days after ordering, still no despatch. Not answering any email. Don't offer products for sale when you have NO STOCK!.
Will never order again. Rubish. Very disappointed.
Terrible customer service
The Iconic has become one of the worst online retailer. They have very strict return policies and have no tolerance for any late returns.
They also have too many items noted as ‘final sale - no returns’. As a frequent online shopper, it’s now clear that their sales and marketing tactics are not favourable for most shoppers as they will take advantage of you from not being able to make returns.
Their customer service is also average at best and they clearly want to make it as difficult as possible for customers to reach out to support.
I’d recommend staying away from The Iconic, rather go to bigger retailers such as Myers and David Jones who have much better customer service, faster shipping and much easier return process.

TILLY THE BOT HAD NO CLUE
Really needed to speak with a human and all I got was Tilly Bot going around and round in circles. Very bad customer service as there was no answer for my question. Very frustrating. Sometimes you need a human, Bots don't always have the right answer.
