Got to say, I’m pretty disappointed with both the response and the lack of action here — especially from a company that markets itself as being more affordable than RSI for upgrades.
Because of an issue with your program selecting the incorrect CCU chain, I’m now looking at paying an additional $75 CAD compared to if I had simply purchased directly from RSI in the first place.
What’s even more frustrating is that this wasn’t caused by user error, but by your own system generating the wrong chain. Yet the response I’ve received so far feels like the issue is simply being brushed aside with no real attempt to resolve it or make things right.
For a service that positions itself as a smarter and cheaper alternative, this experience has been anything but.
Bravo.

Star Citizen likes to limit shop items for unspecified timeframes, and sometimes there is an itch for a specific item only The Impound can scratch.
