I am extremely disappointed with the way my orders and complaints are being handled.

It has now been more than one month, and despite raising complaints repeatedly almost every day, I have not received a proper resolution or response from your team.

Issues requiring immediate resolution:

•⁠ ⁠TIV1416954 – Refund is still pending. Please process the refund immediately.
•⁠ ⁠TIV1433568 – Refund is still pending. Please process the refund immediately.
•⁠ ⁠TIV1445498 – Delivery is still pending even after one month.

I have been continuously following up and raising complaints, but there has been no satisfactory response or resolution. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing.

I request Indus Valley to resolve all the above issues immediately and provide a written confirmation of the refund and delivery status.

If I do not receive a proper resolution immediately, I will proceed with filing a formal complaint before the Consumer Commission/Consumer Court and pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels.

I request the company to treat this as a final escalation before further action.

The Indus valley is a dummy fraud brand they

I purchased a Stainless Steel Multicooker-Steamer from The Indus Valley (Order #TIV1103398), and after normal household use, the base bulged and the bonded base started separating — a serious structural defect.
Despite providing clear evidence, the company refused replacement or refund, citing a 7-day return policy. This is unacceptable, as such manufacturing defects may not be visible within such a short time frame.
The product condition directly contradicts their claims of durable and high-quality cookware.
This experience raises serious concerns about product quality and after-sales support. Buyers should think twice before purchasing.

I purchased three items and paid in full. During delivery I received itemised billing for all three items but when I opened the packaging I found out one item was missing. When I called their customer services they were aware of the missing item and told me it will be shipped to me. However after a few days I received the missing item as well as an unwanted item, and I was told to pay for both of these which is why I did not accept/cancelled the delivery. I complained about this but still have not received the missing item that I have already paid for!
