Very disappointed with my delivery
Very disappointed with my delivery. The parcel had been ripped leaving the contents visible. Surely Royal Mail have the ability to tape the parcel back up to prevent any contents getting lost.
Thankfully everything inside was complete. The contents bear the NHS Logo so my concerns are great.

We are sorry to hear that your parcel arrived in this condition, and we apologise on Royal Mail's behalf. Although we are pleased that all of the contents were present, we completely understand your concern, particularly given the NHS branding on the items.
We have checked the delivery photograph available to us and the parcel does not appear to show any visible damage in that image, so we would like to look into this further.
Please contact us directly at orders@thelanyardshop.co.uk, quoting your order number, and if possible send us photographs showing the front and back of the outer packaging, with the full parcel visible, together with close-up photographs of the damaged area.
It would also be helpful if you could confirm whether the parcel was handed to you directly, posted through a letterbox, or left in a safe place.
We strongly recommend contacting our customer services team directly whenever there is an issue with an order, as this gives us the opportunity to investigate and assist at the time.
While we do respond to Trustpilot reviews, they are not monitored continuously during business hours and contacting us directly will usually allow us to help more quickly.
Once we have this information, we can raise the matter with Royal Mail and investigate what may have happened.

Lanyards were deliver the date I was expecting.

Delay in production
Having placed the order and paid for the lanyards, your internal communications failed as the production team were not informed of the payment and so there was a delay of a few weeks before anything was done. This happened after I had chased things up as I was expecting a delivery, but in fact the lanyard order had not been sent to the production team! Quite disappointed as this delayed the delivery to me and hence the distribution of the lanyards and badge holders to the crew at the Airshow when they were needed. The lanyards are of good quality and I will use the Lanyard Shop again, although I will be on the case of making sure my order goes to production having made the payment.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and we are sorry for the delay with your order.
As this order was created manually following an email discussion, we require customers to let us know once payment has been made, unlike orders placed through our automated website system where payment is automatically confirmed. Although this requirement had been explained on your previous order, we did not remind you of it when sending the payment link for this order. As a result, your payment was not picked up and the order did not move into production when it should have.
We completely understand your disappointment, particularly as you had expected the order to be progressing and only became aware of the issue after chasing us. Once this was identified, the payment was allocated and the order was moved into production as a priority, but we appreciate that this should have happened much sooner.
We also understand the impact the delay had given that the lanyards and badge holders were required for your Airshow crew.
We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the quality of the lanyards and that you would consider using us again. We appreciate your understanding, and we are sorry that the administration of this order fell short of the standard you should expect from us.
We will make sure that the requirement to notify us of payment is clearly communicated when manually created orders are arranged in future, so that the same issue does not occur again.
