Unreliable tracking and shipping
Order placed on September 2nd. It is now September 10th. Item is still "in transit" It has been delayed twice so far. Each time altering the expected delivery date. The small amount of $ saved instead of ordering direct from the brand or through Amazon is not worth the wait and unreliable tracking.

We set the survey up to only send after delivery, but looking at your order it seems like this was a strange exception where Shopify is listing this as delivered but UPS is saying it is delayed until Friday the 14th. I apologize for the inconvenience here and we will look into fixing the systems miscommunication.
