Terrible experience. Ordered a pair of shoes for my wedding that came in a beat up box. The shoes themselves were very poor quality. I ended up returning them, which was an entire experience in and of itself. Their return policies are very specific, so make sure to follow to a T. I did everything correctly and the refund still hasn’t gone through and it has been a month. They have been responsive about it, but there is still no refund in sight. I am currently out almost $100. I would be happy to edit my review if and when I receive the refund.

Edit 9/8/26- finally received refund. Did take quite a long time to receive. The shoes were still very uncomfortable and did appear poorly made.

I purchased the Eleanor Louise beige satin bridal clutch bag for a wedding, and it was falling apart halfway through the evening, first wear. It did not appear to be durable at all. We inquired about a refund considering the high price and low quality, and they are very insistent on not helping or even apologizing. Will not be shopping here again or ever recommending it to anyone.

Truly a horrible experience. It took 3 weeks for my shoes to get here. They told me multiple times the shoes had been shipped, but no tracking number was given. When I finally did get the shoes, I was shocked. They were shipped in just a shoe box that was falling apart, the heel broke before I could even try them on and the inner lining of the shoe could be seen from the outside. Super cheaply made. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered some shoes from them for my wedding and have had the worst experience trying to get any update or status on my order. They will gaslight you that the order is “progressing” even if the shoes you purchased are “in stock and ready to ship”. I have no updates and no tracking information despite it being past their shipping timelines, and I’m pretty sure I’ll never receive the shoes at all. Reaching out to attempt to cancel the order and get a refund - which has not shipped - is meant with stonewalling and being told everything is progressing as normal. I am sick at how much money I’ve lost during an expensive time.

Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and customer service from Eleanor Louise.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, and they were shipped across Europe with virtually no proper packaging - literally just the shoeboxes taped together with a thin layer of plastic wrap. Unsurprisingly, all of the boxes arrived severely damaged. Customer service response to this was quote: 'The box has done it's job' - which is not helpful when I pay nearly £100 for shoes literally just shipped in their shoe box.

One pair also arrived defective with a pearl missing from the shoe straight out of the box.

Despite this, the company is still attempting to charge me a 20% restocking fee and make me pay return shipping costs for faulty/damaged items. This is unacceptable, especially given UK consumer rights laws regarding defective goods.

Poor packaging, damaged products, and disappointing handling of a legitimate complaint. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.
