Excellent Service
This was the first time we've done Healthcheck instead of Audit. The process was easily and the Letting Partnership team was most helpful throughout the process and we will certainly use them again next year.

This is our third year of doing the HealthCheck report which is instead of an Accountant's Audit. I always approach this with a certain amount of trepidation but the team are great and it saves you SO much money!

They were very comprehensive. I did find the process a bit over whelming but that is to be expected when carrying out something new that is so important. They did highlight things I needed to do which I actioned immediately.
Some of the questions were confusing though.

The accounts review was an excellent bespoke service which caters for letting firms account assessment and is great value for money when compared to Chartered Accountants when having audited accounts for CMP.
The staff were very friendly and communication was good.
