We bought a new property in Liverpool and I travelled all the way from London with a friend, after completion. We initially thought about giving the property to one estate agent but, for some unknown reason, they didn't turn up for our meeting.

We ended up handing the property to Yasmin to manage for us. I'm glad we did! She has been nothing but God-sent from day 1. Every repair has been done to a high standard, rent collected, rent increase processed with ease, and I am completely enjoying the hands-free service.

I can't recommend The Lettings Club, especially Yasmin, highly enough.

Great experience. Use of modern systems really sped up the process made it really nice and easy. Advice from Tom was spot on, during the initial process and then moving me in, couldn’t have asked for me.

Our letting agent Yasmin has been amazing throughout the whole moving process. She has been really quick to answering any questions we have had and was completely on it with all of the pre move-in things that needed doing.

The whole process has been pretty much stress free, really smooth and straight forward. My first time renting a property and Yasmin has done a great job helping me throughout, she’s made it so easy. Knowing she will respond quickly when I get in contact and do her best to help me or to resolve any issue gives me peace of mind, not a bad word to say about her and The Lettings Club, I am completely satisfied with their service.

John has been an absolute star! He's always available if I have questions, no matter how big or small. Communication has been quick and easy. Genuinely made moving house much less stressful. Thank you!

When I needed to move its been a pain then I applied for my house with the Lettings club and I got a call back from yasmin and she sorted the viewing time for us ect the whole process of moving is stressful but with yasmin taking care of everything that could possible be stressful for us it was easy and quick and yasmin was so polite professional and informative she is definitely 1 in a million so thank you to yasmin I've not had the pleasure of meeting the rest of the team but I'm sure they are all lovely but yasmins been nothing but brilliant would recommend her and Lettings club to anyone and if u have the pleasure of speaking with yasmin you will know exactly what I mean u won't be disappointed xx

Yasmine is your go to person when looking for any kind of property. Either you're looking to rent, buy or lease, she'll help you make the right choice. She's. Een very understanding, active and overall kind to us as Tenants. In the future, I hope we can work together to achieve greater things.

Yasmin has been a Godsend whilst we were in the process of moving. She has been patient, prompt, efficient, professional, supportive...but most of all she has been absolutely lovely. I struggled with some of the online stuff, but she always guided me through it whenever I needed help - which was often.

Yasmin was second to none!
