Had fantastic service with Libra Interiors. The products are absolutely amazing and to very high quality. The customer service is also great and on point.
Claire in particular who has helped with my issues, had sorted them to the highest standard. She kept in touch through the whole process, took it upon herself to sort things out on the factory floor in order to get our problems resolved. Can’t thank her enough and we are very happy customers who will be back to get more things for our home.
Highly recommended to use this online store, with great deals and savings on products.

Awful customer service and products from Libra do not use!

Purchased through Libra within Fenwicks and the whole process has been a disaster.

Dinning room table turned up warped and musty, by their own admittance it had been left outside and gotten wet, it isn't recoverable and they said they would replace it, brought the wrong table to the property and do not have any of the correct products to replace it with.

The customer service team at newcastle at thelibracompany have been awful! Original issued raised 09 Jan, it took them 4 weeks to get the wrong product out.

Whilst they have stated a refund and collection, it has seen us outlay significant funds to replace.

Do not use Libra for furniture.

Very disappointing quality. I bought a vase 2 years ago and now I m so sad to see it's upper decomposing. Metal paint is dissolves. It's all over, like a chicken pox. I wish I knew before buying it. You should put expiry date on it, something like it will last 2 years, then dispose it.

Received a gorgeous tortoiseshell vase as a birthday present and couldn’t be happier with the quality of the product, it was exactly what I was looking for and hadn’t managed to find elsewhere.

Great experience, quick delivery and beautiful product.

What an awful company! Never, ever buy anything from these people (Libra), I bought a nest of tables via Housing Units, items were wrong (legs) making the second table useless, but because I had taken it out of the box, it turns out it was all my fault for not checking!! No replacement and No refund......OUTRAGEOUS! and unlawful

Absolutely awful service ,item turned up broken never did get my money back .very stressful trying to get though ,don't expect your money back.

I purchased a vase at Libra Brent Cross. It leaked water. I went back 3 days are purchasing and they simply refused to replace it.

I have placed an order for a set of furniture from Libra Brent Cross. It has been delayed for about a month to deliver. Moreover, it arrived with a sinking cushion & some cracked sofa Legs. I queried these hopelessly, But, received a very nice customer service from them which I didn’t expect due to my experience with some other furniture companies! They arranged for the replacements so quickly & offered a generous compensation.
I would like to specially thank Neil & Sean as they both were incredibly helpful. It was unfortunate occurrence in the first place, but with a satisfactory conclusion.

Libra supply bronze sculptures directly and also through other retailers. When I say bronze, they are basically like polystyrene with bronze colour paint on them. They look good, but are extremely poor quality and break very easily. We had one for 2 years and we love the sculpture, it got knocked off the table when cleaning and broke into many pieces. We bought another which arrived broken. So, we then, bought a third and asked the supplier to make sure it is very well wrapped. It arrived and was in a lot of packaging. Fortunately it survived the delivery and was whole - but when we took it out of the box, it broke in our hands just because it caught a bit of the packaging. Unfortunately, it's very cheap junk from overseas factories, a shame.

Poor quality and terrible customer service. Item arrived broken and no response to address that- either with a refund or a replacement despite several emails and phone calls chasing them. I would avoid using them. All phone calls goes to voicemail!

Shockingly bad customer service. It appears only one person dealing with refunds and she doesn't respond to emails

Very hit and miss.
Some items are nice but quality is poor, arrived scratched and some items are just poor quality.
Now been chasing and chasing for a refund for over a month. Covid 19 excuses on delays in payment and delays in even getting a reply.

Libra Interiors is by far the best company I’ve dealt with in many many years.....
I have 100% confidence in the exceptional quality and beautiful design of their products and an extremely helpful, friendly and professional customer service is always provided.
