I purchased Laura Ashley Hare ornament . As I had originally seen the ornament in Next shop. So knew exactly what to expect . So needless to say very disappointed to receive a second ! The finish was terrible . So emailed with photo's asking to be exchanged . no reply . so called Judy who told me ornament had now been discontinued so refund only . but I had to pay the £10.65 postage .
I returned including photo's of the ornament in Next .
was not refunded my postage cost , nor the full value of the ornament. I have sent numerous emails to Judy , but no reply . And what a surprise the ornament I was told was discontinued . They are advertising for sale . I will be now putting my complaint in writing . Allowing them to respond before I contact the financial ombudsman.

We brought some bedding for well over £100 that then did not match our room. Sent it back at a crazy cost to us only to be refused a refund as we had looked at it. They are breaking all consumer rights for online shopping yet refusing to budge! I wish I’d looked at all the bad reviews before I brought the bedding from them! Terrible company!
