This company are ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. I rang for my Megaflow tank needed a new immersion heater which I supplied. I was informed it would take no more than an hour. I was informed of rate per 30 mins was £62.50 plus VAT. Plumber allegedly was on his way then informed his van had broke down!!! Rescheduled for another day. Turned up 1 hour later. No apology for being late, he did not have adequate tools to do the job. 3 hours later to replace immersion heater. I then receive a phone to pay £450!!!! Absolutely disgusting service and the company clearly didn't care i could not afford to pay that! I disputed it as Shane had agreeded to take £200. However I then receive a text stating outstanding balance of £250. Unbelievable! He obviously denied this! Finally I ended up paying an extra £100!
The company don't care about there customers. Service is very POOR. All they care about is MONEY MONEY!!!
I work part time due to ill health. Sadly I couldn't afford to buy my grandson a 1st birthday present as I had to pay this company. NEVER NEVER AGAIN WOULD I USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
This made me mentally poorly with all the stress this has caused me!!!!!!!!!Also I felt bullied as they said if I didn't pay it would be sent to their accounts department then could be sent to debit agency.
I only paid the extra £100 due to feeling bullied!!!!

Very disappointing service. Plumbers doesn't stick to appointment time and comes in late without a phone call. Over charge the work done by deliberately spend long hours on the job just to earn more money

The plumber was like a scammer. He arrived 2.5 hours ago, including the time he spent moving my car. Once inside, he removed a lot of my things and still hadn't fixed anything. He then told me he'd need another 5-6 hours to fix the clogged kitchen pipes and remove things from my bathroom, and that the removal and repairs would also cost extra… He didn't do anything but kept asking for money.

Job well done in short time and friendly manner. Excellent!

He spent 2.5 hours trying to fix the clogged pipe but still couldn't, and he took apart a lot of my things and demanded an extra 5-6 hours of repairs. He even tried to dismantle my bathroom. He's a complete fraud.

If I could have given less than 1 star I would have, from a botched job, not turning up to fix it, they are an utter shower who I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy, will now be seeking legal advice for a full refund

My elderly mother phoned this company regarding a leaking boiler a guy came out "diagnosed" a leaking boiler charged £198 for the diagnostic put a bucket underneath the boiler and told her someone else would come back and fix it.
This will be at least another £198 +parts.

Very polite and professional young man understood complicated setting up of water softener and set up in about 30 minutes.

Polite and patient when old toilet was fixed with rusty bolts
He had to cut them in order to lift off the cistern and replaced the new parts

Communication was very good got an appointment booked in the next day. I didn't get the plumbers name but he was a lovely polite lad! Assessed our leaky/blocked downstairs toilet issue, got stuck in, cleaned up and had our toilet working again within the hour. Highly recommend! 👍
