Swift , smooth and successful

Lovely man came today to give me a new garden tap as mine had been leaking. He fixed a new one in less than 10 mins and is now working perfectly. Only called yesterday and job done today. Thank you!

Was advised a plumber would be available the day after my phone call to them but when no one turned up I phoned and was advised that they had been held up on a job and they wouldn't get there until the following day. I was quoted a reduced rate of £62.50 plus vat for half an hour and told that the jobs are usually completed within the half hour. When the invoice arrived it was for a full hour plus vat at £150. At no point was i informed that it was a minimum of one hour until it stated on the invoice. I phoned and complained but both advisors were extremely rude and just spoke over me. Absolutely rip off company and I would never use again. Avoid using this company at all costs!

Same day service, and although the shower couldn't be fixed thar day, as a part needing ordering, Saf, kept me updated at all times, on the progress of getting the part.
All fixed, and working lovely now

Mike came quickly to mend a broken boiler. An obscure model but he stuck with it and sorted the problem. He was personable and polite.

Ashley rang when he was on his way and turned up on time and fixed our leak and was very polite and respectful.

The plumber that came out to me,Ashley was absolutely brilliant,explained the whole process of the work to be done,which was carried out promptly with no mess,he was friendly and courteous, and I'm glad I called this firm,for me great job done at the right price.

PLEASE READ TO END - IT MIGHT SAVE MONEY
We called these plumbers as we had a faulty shower that we couldn’t turn off. We had already got a replacement shower to be fitted. Plumber fitted new shower but it was pointed out that he had fitted it upside down! I asked him to refit shower the correct way. He didn’t. He left us with no working shower as he said there was a broken gate valve that needed fixing - neither showers in house worked. I phoned that evening to make it known we were not happy with shower fitted upside down but nothing was offered in compensation and despite being told at a later date, they could have sent someone out to refit, they didn’t offer. The following day we had another plumber from a different company come out to put right the schoolboy error of someone who should have been experienced and qualified to know which way up it should have been. This plumber rectified error and diagnosed the problem with showers. It was not what we were told the day before by this company and everything was sorted in less than 40 minutes. We had been charged £297 for this company to get it wrong (they charge by the half hour minimum charge of one hour - be warned) and was told they do not give refunds even though we had to pay a second charge to get it put right.

We had a great experience with this plumber from start to finish. He was friendly, honest, open, and clearly very reliable. The workmanship was excellent, and he made sure everything was left clean and tidy once the job was done.

From the initial call to arrange the visit right through to completion, the support was outstanding. He was upfront about costs and explained exactly what was required to get the job done properly, which we really appreciated.

He was also very respectful of our property throughout. Overall, a professional and trustworthy service that we would highly recommend.

Break down of labour and parts subsequent to the 1st hour were not discussed with bill payer and person who instructed them. This company took the liberty to go ahead and do work without authorisation. They charged 250£ for labour in addition to the 1st hour which was agreed at 124£ rate, the additional wirk and materials costed at 95£ were not discussed. This is not a professional company. They have not conducted this job professionally or ethically. Avoid at all costs.
