Bought a LOGIK LDW60W23 Full-Size Dishwasher through Currys. Delivery no problem but as I was installing I noticed a "wonky" wheel on the upper pull out basket. Phoned Currys to get a replacement basket sent out, no, Currys don't do parts! They replaced the entire machine! Replacement arrived within 7 Days installed without problems although instructions were ambiguous regarding the drain hose positioning. The hose comes out of the bottom of the machine and instructs it must not discharge more than 10cm above this level. It then goes on to say you can discharge it straight into the sink! I think the instructions should say 100cm?
Operating Instructions were clear and machine is simple to use. I found the "cutlery shelf" completely useless and a waste of upper shelf space so I removed it. Cutlery Basket only fits on the lower basket, found that, as with other makes, the oval holes are too small for the handles of any forks or spoons with wide handles, annoying. Solved the problem with my soldering iron, burning through the plastic between two small ovoid to make a larger hole. Works a Treat!
Overall a very good machine for the price.

Our client just bought a Logik integrated tumble dryer to replace an obsolete CDA,
The only thing I can say is “not fit for purpose” from an install point of view, utter substandard rubbish,
Firstly the 4 plastic treaded feed with rubber soles, are recessed into the bottom plate of the appliance and inaccessible unless wound out slightly, which when the appliance is slid into position, snap off, so levelling afterwards is impossible, the front RH foot is not long enough to be of any use, as are the other three, the appliance does not fit into a standard cupboard because of the lack of height adjustment due to the feet, should you be dumb enough to buy a logic as a replacement, you will also need a sheet of 20mm ply board (£45.00) from BNQ, cut twice to give a 40mm lift, lack of height adjustment refers, which will be added to the cost,
In short a nightmare to install because of the use of substandard manufacturing materials and a shoddy ill thought out design, @£389.00 to buy, well over priced for something which has to be botched up to make it fit, and yes, it’s a standard uk kitchen, not bespoke or had any alterations to the overall height

just like other reviewers the email address listed on their website is false and there is no acknowledgement or response to having completed their online web form and god knows what they've then done to all the data I gave away trying to contact them. makes me wonder what the point of their website is. the irony of having the option to let logik know about this review by clicking the box that says trust pilot will forward it to the same malfunctioning email address- you couldn't make it up.

I sent a question to them but both of The Logik's support and info email addresses appear not to work.

The appliances are fine, but I received the wrong screws in the box and had to DIY my own fittings. This wasn't a huge deal. The reason for the one star rating is that Logik list an email address on their website that bounces back. It doesn't work. There's no phone number. And I contacted them via their web form - a week later, there's no response.

This company appears not to care about their customers.
