My experience with TLC was excellent. I hired them to do a redesign of my logo and the results were in line with my expectations with a receipt of copyright transfer provided so I could file for trademark. Once they read the brief, they provided very clear instructions on the process which made it very easy during the design, revision, and finalization steps. The turnaround time was as stated and I appreciated their attention to every detail of my instructions. In addition to the logo, TLC also supported design of a stationery pack (letterhead and envelope) and reformatting of the logo for social media accounts. I could not be happier with the quality of the results and will absolutely consider TLC for future projects!

I had a new product and no idea how to do a logo for it. The logo company was amazing with starting the juices flowing. They sent several interesting and very different from each other approaches. I ended up having a flash of what we could do and they played with my idea, until it was just perfect. I highly recommend their process and willingness to do as many iterations as you need.

I only have great things to say about my experience dealing with The Logo Company. Great process, creativity, response time and understanding of my brief. A perfect example of superior customer service in an "e" / virtual environment. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Great company

I first hired The Logo Company about 10 or 11 years ago to design a logo and website for my business. Since that time, I have hired them to design logos, websites and stationary (including flyers) for my various businesses. I am always pleased with the end result.

I've used The Logo Company for years. They helped me create a sharp logo for my company. Since then, I've had them design and print all my company's business cards and notepads. I've been around the block with printing debacles over the years - misalignment, misprints, etc., but everything I get from The Logo Company has been top-notch in quality. I also like that I get the same friendly people each time I return with a new project. I highly recommend The Logo Company!

This is my second logo I've purchased from The Logo Company, and once again, they have exceeded expectations. Admittedly, I was hesitant at first when I was searching online for someone to design a logo. There are a lot of companies out there, and the process of deciding on which one to work with was a gamble. What led me to this company, was actually the limited number of designers, yet unlimited revisions. Was price a factor? Sure was. Even though they had a very competitive price (even lower than many others) you definitely won't sacrifice quality when working with The Logo Company. Even if you're not exactly specific on your revisions, they seem to know how to fill in the blanks. If I'm ever in the market for a third logo, I know exactly where I'll go again.

I decided to do business with The Logo Company first of all because of their testimonials. Reading about other's people positive experience and the way they handled criticism made me to give it a shot. I can't tell that it was a surprise to me, but it was pleasure to work with someone who lives up to their promises. We were able to finish my logo in 4 revisions, but there was no rush from their side at all. And all the options they were providing weren't there just for a number. All of the options that I received had a potential to be my new logo. Overall, I am very satisfied with the level service especially at this price point. Definitely, you get more than it costs to you.

I love how you start with five different designs and are then able to go back and forth until the final design is exactly what you want.
