The Logo Company Reviews

Excellent customer service and top-notch expertise. They designed and created an awesome Artistic Oriental Martial Arts Logo for my school based on my original sketch. They responded and followed up in a timely manner according to my revision request and followed instructions precisely. I am very happy with The Piece of Art that the Logo Company made for me. Their price is decent and I got more than what I paid for. Thank you Logo Company very much for your hard work and dedication. Wish you all the Best.

The logo company has been very influential in the history and development of Definitive's identity. From the concept, came the design and that's where the logo company excels. We are extremely impressed and extremely happy we found and chose to work with the logo company team. From the professionalism to the creativity, there's not too much you can say they don't do extremely well and we highly recommend their services for those who are seeking next level creativity and a team you can trust without a doubt. From Definitive to Kevin and the whole logo company team, we would like to thank you for being there for us in the very beginning and we will continue to work together for years to come!

Respectfully,
Definitive Team

I’m very satisfied with the work of The Logo Company. 100% recommended!! Great team, very talented people and excellent service.

So happy with this company . I used 2 other designers and went back to one hoping that they would solve my situation but I wish I found "The Logo Company" first. From the beginning to the end they are on top of there game . The process was very smooth and they are very organized. My logo was stuck in my head and they were able to get it out and turn it into the logo. Thank you very much I highly recommend this company to everybody .

I have used the Logo Company for over 10 years and they have designed logos for 5 different companies of mine. Professionalism, efficiency and vision has been my experience with them. They always seem to solve any issues I have. Their fees are very affordable and the turnaround time has always been prompt. I couldn't be happier and will continue to use them for all my logo needs. I've referred numerous people to them over the years and they too were very pleased.

I've been using The Logo Company for almost 15 years. You're not going to get a better logo. A couple hundred dollars for 5 talented designers, each providing you with a great concept and unlimited revisions until your 100% happy? You'd pay $5,000 or more to a graphic design company for this kind quality and thoroughness. ABSOLUTE NO BRAINER! I will be using them for another 15 years for sure.

They captured exactly what I was looking for in my logo and I get great compliments when people sees it. The entire process was easy and painless. I will definitely use their service again!

As a professional web designer/developer, I've hired The Logo Company in the past and gotten good results. This last time, however, their work was not up to their usual standards, and they were unable to hit the mark after several rounds (and over a month) of revisions. I asked them to honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee, which they did. Certainly, I appreciate their refunding my money... BUT... they also replied with a snotty email praising the quality of their own work and CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT, which I felt was petulant and unprofessional.

In any service business, we have to be willing to accede to clients' needs, even when it is not expedient, if we want to retain those clients and receive repeat business from them. Clearly, The Logo Company doesn't adhere to this philosophy.

This is the third time I've used The Logo Company and each time I have been blown away by the quality, speed and organization of the process. It is very easy to work with their system and the feedback from friends and clients has been amazing. I recommend them to everyone I know looking for a top notch, professional logo.

We waited around 45 days for their call and no response

I've used The Logo Company probably 4-5 times over the past 10yrs and every time my logo is done correctly and professionally. The turnaround time is amazing, too.. I'll continue to come back and I always refer people who I know are looking for design as well.. Thanks again!

The logo company has built an awesome logo for my company that suits exactly what I had in my mind!
I highly recommend them

The Logo Company is the best, It listens to you and responds to your every single request or change in the process of making your logo.

This was my ninth logo The Logo Company has done for me, and somehow it is as great as the previous eight. If you need a professional-looking logo with superior service, you can't go wrong here. Highly recommended.

They are phenomenal! Highly recommend them! I purchased the logo design and stationary option. They all look fabulous and my client loves their new logo and stationary - win, win! :)

Perfect, I Highly Recommend Thank You (The Logo Company Team) Wish All Businesses Can Provide The Same Customer Service Of Yours.

Anyone starting a new business knows how stressful the process can be. The Logo Company made designing a logo for my start up a fun and fulfilling experience however. I appreciated their patience and professionalism just as much as my new logo they designed. I was very picky about what I wanted in a logo for Carcer Solutions LLC. At the same time, I'm definitely not an artistic person. The Logo Company paid attention to every detail I expressed in the design process. I highly recommend The Logo Company.

I had my logo designed with The Logo Company, 2 years ago and my company has evolved and needed to update our logo. The Logo Company was incredible with their designs and ideas. I found exactly what I was looking for. The process is simple and fast. I would recommend The Logo Company to everyone in need of a great Logo !!!

Thanks for your great work.
