Very helpful, and very supportive of company's needs

This is the third time I’ve used The Mailworks for invitations and cannot say enough about Brianne and her AMAZING team. The website is difficult to navigate and is not user-friendly. The information is not saved and I can't tell you how many times we punched in the same thing. Extremely frustrating at times. The girls are nice and I realize that with covid-19 everybody's out of the rhythm

The Mailworks was wonderful in helping me with my printing needs for my upcoming wedding. First, I got their free sample kit which really helped me visualize what I could do with my invitations. Once I decided on the Mailworks, I had personal communication, initiated on their end proactively throughout the stages of creating my invites. I had multiple calls and back and forth when I was confused, needed help, and in the final proofing stage. Their customer service is amazing. The invitations came out perfectly and were much more affordable than other companies I looked at. I would highly recommend for your printing needs!

This is my second time ordering from Mailworks. I made an order for my wedding Save The Dates and Thank You cards. Not only have I been satisfied with the quality - but I’ve had incredible customer service from Maigan on the team each time. I love the attention to details (like the proof prior to printing which saved me the first time). Will be using Mailworks again and again!

Mailworks has been very easy to use, they are reasonable, and they respond quickly.

Maigan helped me through every step of the process. She sent me previews and advised me on edits I could make, or the pricing for them to do them for us. The process was quick, she always responded promptly and we were able to get the postcard sent out before a trade show like we had hoped. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!
