I ordered customer envelopes with addressing service. The process took longer than I expected. It was also frustrating that I had to point out obvious formatting issues that the designer should have noticed (ie. texts weren't centered in comparison to the flowers, the text's justification looking weird with the flower picture they chose). Each time I had a comment, it took another day to make a tiny correction, which made the process even longer. The designer was nice and fixed everything I pointed out. In the end, the envelopes turned out beautiful! I would give them a 5 star, if it wasn't for the reasons I previously mentioned.

Our wedding invitations came in today and they are absolutely beautiful! We’re so in love with them. We can’t wait to send them out! Prettypolite has been great! From responding quickly to email down to just being available to help. I am so happy we used there website. Thank you!

I had a great experience using Pretty Polite for my wedding invitations. The designer I had (Maigan!) was so wonderful! She worked with me on every last change and detail I requested for my invites and samples! And I had a lot of them lol. AND THEN, she helped me out when I realized the zip code was incorrect for the delivery of my invites and reached out to UPS for me to have it corrected. Thank you so much Maigan! You were an absolute pleasure to work with on such a big moment in our lives!

This website is totally legit! My gender reveal invitations came out PERFECT and exactly what I wanted! They have GREAT customer service and work directly with you to make sure you have the best experience!! I needed these invitations ASAP and I was so surprised at how fast they worked to get them to me!! I am so happy I chose them for my special event, I will definitely be back for all my future invitations!! Thank you guys so much!

Everyone at Pretty Polite was so helpful and made the ordering and customizing process very easy. This was the only online ordering website I found that customizes and also does free recipient addressing and it was by far the best deal! Even though they were affordable, they were still incredible quality and I have gotten so many compliments from friends and family on how beautiful they are! We ordered the frosted floral invitations, rsvp, and belly bands. I absolutely love them and I can't wait for my family and friends to receive them in the mail. It took about a week for the items to come in and we were so happy with the way they turned out. Maigan was so awesome and helped design all of our items. We also decided to get rehearsal dinner invites. There were not any premade that we liked so we worked with Maigan to make a rehearsal invite from scratch to match the frosted floral suite. We LOVE the way they turned out! Maigan was so patient and listened to all my change requests! Absolutely love this company, I definitely recommend it.
