These guys saved my move, came at very short notice when I needed an extra van, very professional, everything carried safely, friendly, got on well with the other van team i already had - thanks a lot

The guys were outstanding in moving us to our new flat today. There was 6 flights of stairs in total and they were able to carry our very heavy wardrobes and music equipment no problem. They are extremely strong, worked so quickly and carefully and smiling the whole time. What a wonderful experience working with The Man Van.

Horrible experience. I requested 2 pick ups across London from 3pm. They turned up early so the item was not ready. The item was dismantled and they insisted on putting it back together (I now know they were deliberately wasting time) They took 1.45hr to get to the second collection so were late. They arrived at mine at 6pm. They then wanted to charge me £110 on top of the £200 fee. On the call to the manager I felt truly like they were extorting extra monies from me. Not worth the money. I should have gone elsewhere - where I was quoted £100 all in.

The two men who came to help us move our stuff from location A to B were great! They were early, careful to handle fragile furniture with care and went above and beyond to help set-up/place items in the new property. I am thankful we found the company when we were moving within a few days.

Booked and paid for 2 hours to move to a home 3mins away by van. After 1 hour of service, TheManVan refused to do a second trip across that 3mins commute to move more items despite having another full hour left that I had paid for. The office was inflexible and rude, and refused to reduce or refund my fee. Driver was not transparent nor customer supportive.

There were no extra tasks requested except loading and offloading in the new home. Every 15mins, I offered the drivers water to drink as they moved items. My house help and I also helped load items into the van when we did t need to help.

Atrocious that the office accused client of rudeness after mixing up the van on their own accord, declining what was agreed via email, and making someone pay for two hours with one hour of service. Pls be careful what you contract with this company, and how the drivers will treat you.

Still, as a customer, I didn’t not decline payment since u appreciated the effort of the drivers in the first hour. I didn’t want to deprive them payment for the full two hours.

The communication with the office was easy and efficient. They suggested an alternative payment method, when I said I would not be comfortable leaving my card details with the payment platform. The driver, Diego, and his helper, Leonardo, we're polite, friendly and efficient. They left part of the furniture in the local dump, as we requested (don't forget to book a slot for a van and to have residence documents), and the rest where we asked them at home.
Very satisfied with the service. Would recommend highly.

I recently used this company for my student move, and I can't recommend them enough! They provided a reliable man and van service that mad my move completely stress-free. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, and they went above and beyond to help.

As a result, I had a mix of boxes, suitcases, and some furniture to move. The medium van they brought was spacious and perfectly suited for the job. Everything was loaded with care, and their efficiency meant the entire move was completed faster than I expected.

On the date of 6 of January 2025 I order a van from this company called THEMANVAN to move my items from one place to another. As I payd for help from the driver to move my items, at the begging the driver only moved few bags then he stayed inside the van waiting for me to move everything else left. At the end I had few boxes left with FRAGILE items, and I had a computer that was worth £2000 and moved myself all of them then when he loaded the other 3 boxes box with the computer was placed behind a metal trolley. At first, I didn't pay attention to this details but when we arrived at the destination he dropped everything in rush to leave and again I had to move myself all the items. Also I didn't pay attention that my Pc was missing. When I arrived at the new location and I moved everything else my Pc was not there because he lost it. I called the company to sort the things out and he couldn't help me with this issue. I asked my flatmate to stay outside with the items and I also ask him if he saw big cartoon box also myself I didn't see the box on the floor but because of the stress of moving I didn't realise was missing. Overoll the company couldn't do much and I have a big lose worth £2000.
I wouldn't recommend this company for anyone, better search for alternatives.

Exceptional level of service by the team at TheManVan. From the booking till the final box moved. Booking went quick and easy. The communication is clear and the pricing is transparent. The team called me on the day and asked if it was okay to arrive earlier. Two very friendly lads. Got everything loaded in no time. Quick drive and quick unloading. Everything with a smile and a nice chat. Very happy. Can't recommend enough. Please stay in business and do keep this level! I will use you again with my next house move!

I used This service today and I am overjoyed with how fabulous the gentleman did . Both men were lovely Brazilian men.

They were both extremely professional, efficient and fast, yet still took great care with all my items .

No items were broken, damaged or left behind .

They managed to load a 2 bedroom flat with no lift up 36 steps in 2 and a half hours and unloaded in 1 and a half .
Not one complaint or grumpy face from either of them.

And I must add, the competitive price was the best out there. £345 in total.

We moved from our third-floor flat with no lift and The Man Van team was superb. The price was reasonable and the booking process was seamless and transparent.

Because of our circumstances, we did a staggered move and so have already used The Man Van twice. On both occasions, the movers were polite, friendly and accommodating. They called 30 minutes before arriving and handled everything very professionally, both on arrival and drop-off. Nothing was too difficult (again, despite the many stairs at our previous flat), and everything arrived safely.

Brilliant service; our "Man" with the van (Newton) battled through some seriously difficult traffic (Remembrance weekend November 2022) to get to us. Newton was an absolute star and expertly loaded the van and drove with great professionalism to our destination. As a small non-profit educational (theatre) group, we rely on great service to help those that we serve in the community. Thanks to Themanvan for taking the strain out of our annual props and costumes moving day and we'll certainly use your service again for the return journey. Very good value for money too.

I used this company for moving back in June. The person I communicated with during quoting and booking stage was responsive and helpful, via both email and phone. There was some initial confusion regarding pricing but we sorted it out.
On the moving day, the two men who came to help were friendly and efficient. There was a problem with my 3-seater sofa not being able to fit through the stairway into the new flat, but they were able to come up with a solution and got the sofa in, which was a huge relief and I'm still very grateful for to this day.
Will definitely use them again for my next move!

The prices are very expensive and are not according to their website!
It says man and van starting from £20 an hour, for two hours with light suitcases and boxes (so no crazy items to load and unload) they offered me £120! Add to that the congestion charge and other hidden costs.
This is nonsense. So I'll use another service.
