Seems to be a theme that when delivery is bad it’s really bad and the company aren’t interested. No idea where mine are - ordered 11 days ago, even with a bank holiday, that’s pretty poor.

The product itself is really good — I’ve purchased it several times before through a third party and have always been happy with the quality.

Unfortunately, the delivery experience has been disappointing. The website states delivery takes 1–3 days, but it’s now been a week with no sign of my order. I’ve only just been informed that it has been dispatched, yet there’s still been no update from the delivery company.

A great product, but the delivery process and communication definitely need improvement.

I have had the marshmallows twice now as a gift so was very confident about sending these to me niece.
They arrived speedily and she felt that were different and enjoyable.

Beautifully made and presented box, also wonderful tasting.

Fast delivery and marshmallows are delicious! I bought two - one as a gift and one for me!

Ok, nice presentation but I have to be honest there was very little difference in taste between the flavours.

Made and order over two weeks ago for the spring teacake section and still have not received my order. Delivery tracking disappeared. I have made serveral attmepts to contact the company (email, website form and Instagram) I have had no response at all to any enquiries. Very disappointed as these were a gift for someone. I normaly dont write reviews but felt I had to in this case. Lost over £20 beware

I recently purchased these and they're just lush, absolutely amazing flavour and very unique experience I will be buying again 😊.
Delivery service was excellent they processed my order quickly I can't fault them they're n experience company.

I placed an order which never arrived.
The delivery company kept moving the expected delivery day until eventually the order disappeared. They told me they had never received the package.
A refund appeared from the Marshmallowist, which is a positive, but with no explanation. My question to them went unanswered.

I found these marshmallows nice, but a bit too sweet.

Have ordered from this company a number of times - all I can say is they are exceptional - products are delicious beautifully produced and presented - love the wee cards that come with your delivery - even providing tissue paper if it’s a present - their delivery and customer service is excellent - make sure you order from them and support a small business - cannot recommend highly enough

Easy to place my order for a family member. The order arrived as expected, on time and the recipient was delighted.

My order was a last minute one just before Easter ...but it arrived swiftly.
The packaging/ box is lovely. More importantly the marshmallows were divine. Will continue to support this company...was made aware of them when watching an episode of the Hairy Bikers.

I was a bit disappointed with the flavours, I had the selection box & would not have chosen the chocolate or coconut but was willing to try it. The chocolate was bland, coconut ok, passion fruit disappointing, hot cross bun tasted just like one but weird in mallow form. The raspberry was spot on. I’d bought as a treat for myself & husband for our anniversary & Easter for a change but he wasn’t very impressed either so, sorry, won’t be buying again.
