They were so helpful....I myself did not understand the products and they were willing to answer all my questions and showed me so many options.
The bed frame I chose was unavailable and the staff offered me another option that pleased me even more than my original choice. I recently had a warranty issue with a mattress I purchased 4 years ago. I called Mattress Nation in Santa Cruz and had the most pleasant experience. I worked with Ryan, who made the replacement process a breeze. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Based on warranty issues with other retailers from previous transactions, I expected the warranty process to be a time consuming hassle. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was extremely easy and hassle free. In a day where customer service tends to be lacking, Mattress Nation certainly exceeded expectations and set the standard for EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I have been dreaming of a great night's sleep and am so excited to FINALLY have a Tempurpedic mattress. We absolutely love our Tempur-Cloud Luxe Breeze. I bought one of their inexpensive mattresses a year ago for my mom. My mom only slept in one spot each night and broke down the mattress. I was able to return that mattress and box spring and use the money I spent on it and apply it towards an upgrade which was on sale. I bought a better quality mattress which will last much longer. I also know to rotate it several times a year to extend the wear on it. Mama loves the quality and comfort of the new set. The owners were very helpful and quick in resolving the matter.

These guys are great - I had a minor problem with a bed I purchased 8 months ago, as I wanted to go LOCAL and invest in our community for this furniture purchase. I am so glad I did, as they helped me to get the issue resolved, delivered and ready to go in THREE DAYS!
What a nice place, supportive, service people. Forget Wayfair and Amazon, go LOCAL - it really made a huge difference for me.
