I am genuinely blown away by the service provided by Jake. I am a first time buyer, with a unique purchase structure and Jake thoroughly ran through all of my options; when I wasn’t sure on something, he took the time to carefully and patiently explain everything. Communication was exceptional, I didn’t have to chase Jake at all.
