I wish I could give this company 10 stars. I love my necklace and wear it as a reminder that God keeps His promises. But what I really need to commend is Nahala’s customer service. I had lots of questions. They responded to every single email within hours. They even gave me a phone number to call in case I needed to talk to them directly. They were prompt, kind, and gracious. I even went back and asked for different chain lengths so I can wear my necklace no matter what clothes I’m wearing. I very highly recommend this company. I tell everyone at Church about it. You will not be sorry.

I was drawn to both the design and the meaning behind the Biblical Israel necklace. Making the purchase online was easy and when I was concerned about tracking and delivery, I received an almost immediate response from the company. Initially I received a response regarding the delay that didn't make sense to me so I questioned it. The company then took immediate action and the necklace was shipped and I had good tracking information. While this could potentially put people off, I am glad that I hung in there. The necklace looks exactly as it does online and my husband loves it and is proud to wear this expression of our indigenous right to the Land of Israel. It's a handsome piece and is well made. I also like that a portion of the proceeds goes to helping our soldiers who have given so much for our People.

Buyer beware! This business is fraudulent. I placed an order for a necklace (pendant + chain) on February 8, 2026, after a week of my emails and messenger requests being ignored, which I thought was sketchy and suspicious; it was a major red flag which I should not have ignored. Once I finally received a response I ordered my piece. However, it is now been 8 weeks and I still have not received it, and I have doubts whether it is actually ready to ship due to conflicting email responses from the ‘owner’ who then also promised me that I’d receive a tracking order within a ‘couple of days’ (March 25, 2026) which is now nearly 2 weeks ago, yet I still have not received it. I’ve sent several emails asking about my order and shipping, which the ‘owner’ has responded with nothing but sob stories and excuses, so I kindly asked for a refund in several emails to them and they have flat out refused, despite their inability/unwillingness to complete and ship my order. I am very disgusted with Nahala at this point and now worry about the quality of the piece I had ordered if/when they finally get around to completing and/or shipping it, I have initiated a chargeback with my credit card company (which I also told them on several occasions that I would be doing) and yet, I’m still without a completed piece and tracking number. I am now, after 8 weeks officially done with this business as they are a scam. Whilst I await my chargeback to be completed, even if I do receive the piece whist the chargeback is pending, I will be sending it right back and will also ask my credit card to reimburse my return postage fee. I deeply regret giving this business the benefit of the doubt dating back almost 9 weeks ago which was even before I ordered from; however, now I will make sure that other potential buyers are warned to think twice before placing an order from this fraudulent business.
