I saw them on Facebook and wanted to order a puzzle. I added one to my cart, and got the message "Add one more to get 12 % off". I added one more, no discount, same message "Add one more". I removed that puzzle, went to check out using PayPal, then saw the shipping charge, and decided not to order anything. I emptied my cart. I got an email - the purchase had been made anyway! I called PayPal, canceled the payment and opened a dispute, repeatedly called the company - no answer. I emailed them, telling them to cancel the order, this should never have been made in the first place.

WARNING! This company has been reported to the BBB & is a scam. I ordered 2 - 1,000 piece puzzles from them 3 months ago. After not receiving puzzles & working with credit card & Pay Pal, I was sent wrong puzzles & boxes beat up. Today contacted them as to getting correct product. Their response was to hang up on me.

I order the hair streghtner and they finally sent me the tracking number but i still havn't received my package and i email them about it twice but still havn't heard back from them about giving me my other half of my refund the comser service is very bad.

I ordered sandals in black, they arrived, months later and were yellow and tan. I had to dispute it through Paypal and the resolution is that If I ship them to #2 NO 263 JinDengSi village LuWang Qu FenngQuan Xinxiangshi, Henansheng 453011 CN I would get a refund. Not investing another dime in the scam seller.

I ordered a jigsaw puzzle from this company and have been totally duped. The jigsaw puzzle which arrived is very cheap and nasty, not what I ordered. Box is flimsy and damaged. DO NOT get caught and DO NOT buy anything from them.

This company is a SCAM. DO NOT buy anything from them. I was charged and never received my item. I called the company, guy at the company was rude and hung up on me when I asked to speak with a supervisor. I called back several times and phone just rings. I have contacted PayPal to help get my money back. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star.

I only posted a star to get into this review to post. This company is a scam. They advertised beautiful crystal stones in a bracelet. I ordered 4 as gifts for family. I received 4 plastic bracelets!! They charged me $87.89 for bracelets that should cost 30 cents each! Not what was advertised. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

In July I ordered 2 pairs of VIONIC sandals, 1 purple and 1 black. Well I never received them, what I did receive were 3 cheap pairs of pink sandals that were definitely not VIONICS. The mailing package did not even have a business name on it, only a street address and the city & state, nor did it come with a receipt. WELL, now, how can I send the package back for a refund without a business name on it? The MERCHANT sent mail to my credit card company ( saying I did make the purchase) ....they lied, they did not send what I ordered. Well shame on them!!!! This happened in July and I am still trying to get my money back

As countless reviews on the Web describe, this appears to be a scam, and needs to be shut down. In June, my wife ordered sandals from Dottedone.com, supposedly Vionic brand.I discovered right away that this is not a legit company, and when enough time elapsed that nothing had arrived, I filed a dispute with Citicard, and received a refund. Then, after 2 months, the package arrived, from China(this was not disclosed at purchase). The sandals were fake, not even with any brand written on them, and one pair was not the size ordered. Useless. I was surprised to discover that Citi subsequently reversed the dispute ruling in the company's favor. I have now initiated a new dispute regarding the goods received, as emails are not being answered. I have informed Citi of the innumerable complaints. We'll see what happens, but I hope that other victims point out to the credit card companies that this is a long-running scam, and insist it is looked into. I'm not holding my breath, though.

Whatever I ordered for $56.00+, I did not order, nor receive. No idea who they even are except for what I have read. NASTY!!
Also, it was put on my credit card that I hadn't even used yet!!!

How I wish I'd checked out these reviews before ordering!!! I ordered a Jigsaw Puzzle, looked great on the photos. When it eventually arrived...direct from China!!!!!.....it was a different picture and in a cheap flimsy box which was battered and torn. Absolute rubbish and expensive. I've emailed them but don't have much hope of a refund.

I ordered hummingbird earrings both ruby and sapphire, I received the ruby pair but not the sapphire ones. I ordered them at the same time was charged for both pairs. I should have known better, been scammed too many times.

Ordered 4 pair shape wear underwear, only received 2 pair, complained even to PayPal but was dismissed because they proved they sent something
Just not everything and they were both different sizes
They should be black listed

Should have read reviews before. Did not mean to complete order, wanted to check shipping, but order was completed without allowing me to review. The product I purchased can be found for a tenth of what I paid on several other sites. Don't use this company or its current incarnation. A review of 0 is unavailable.

Complete fraud don't think I'm gonna get the earrings I ordered.. I actually called the company and told them that I did not get an order number and they hung up on me. Made a dispute. Ugh soo annoying. Fraud someone at least have the common courtesy to be nice about it🤦🏻‍♀️

I am very disappointed. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and have not received my bras that I sent for. I am now $61.96 poorer and braless. I placed my order Jul 21. Shame on this company for cheating the elderly or anyone else!!

I ordered the magic staff. After waiting over a month finally arrived. When I opened it it extended immediately, luckily I grabbed it before it hit me in the face. Then, while trying to put it away it's sliced my fingers as it is broken and will not compress. This is also when I noticed that it is not the staff, it is a wand. Not only have I been charge more and received the wrong item, they have not responded to any of my emails. Maybe it's the wrong email but I doubt it but could anybody post the email they used to get in touch with them, please?

If i could give negative stars I would. This is a total scam. They charged me for 2 pairs of earrings and shipping. When I did not even order any of it. I emailed them immediately and they responded and said they would refund my money; which they never did. I also contacted PayPal and filed a complaint. They denied my request. Said that it was put through correctly. Stay away from this company along with dottedrain. They are both scams!

I was curious about shipping for a pair of earrings and as soon as I got to the window for shipping the order went through for two pair. I contacted PayPal claiming an unauthorized purchase but they denied my claim. The tracking number I received says something about a shipping partner but the time mentioned that it was picked up was later in the day than I was currently checking up on it.???? Not possible!!! After reading the ratings here I'm not optimistic about resolving this issue. The website listed on the invoice doesn't work either.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is unethical. Like many others I did not intend to purchase the two pair of Vionic Sandals. I wanted to see shipping and it immediately put thru. I called PayPal right away and have gone through all the steps but they wouldn’t cancel the order. I don’t understand it. PayPal has always stood up for their customers, but not for me this time and evidently not for many others who were swindled by this company. I did receive two pairs of black sandals but they are too small. I called Ninja Beauty again today and was surprised that someone answered. When I told him that the sandals were too small he said “that isn’t possible, send me an email with a picture” but then hung up without giving me the email. I don’t think they will ever give anyone a refund. And PayPal has been equally disappointing.
