Very pleased with No1 Plug. Been a customer a while now and never have a problem with deliveries. Huge variety of vaping products to cater for all preferences.
WhatsApp contact if a product is out of stock and they will let you know when it’s back in to order. Very good service. Wouldn’t buy anywhere else.

Used to be great but has gone downhill
I have ordered from this company many times in the past and in the beginning it was a great service. I would always receive my order within a day or so, however recently orders started to take longer, which isn’t a massive issue but I did start occasionally purchasing elsewhere.
On Sunday I placed an order totalling around £40. I was given one deliver option which was standard delivery with a quoted delivery time of two to three working days. It’s now Friday afternoon and still no sign of my order. I reached out to “customer service” and was sent a screenshot of an email from Royal Mail advising that a case had been raised and that Royal Mail will respond (to theno1plug) within two working days. I asked if I could just cancel the order as I will now have to order elsewhere and was told no. So I am now possibly looking at Tuesday before they will even begin the refund process should Royal Mail confirm that the order has been lost, and potentially until the end of next week before my funds are returned and reach my bank account.
The attitude of the customer service at theno1plug is that it’s not their problem. I’m not convinced that problems they have with who they choose to deliver for them should become the customers problem and in fact it took four messages from theno1plug before they even apologised for the inconvenience.
I have placed an order from another site this morning with free, fully-tracked next day delivery and going forward this is who I will use.
The way a company speaks to its customers when problems arise speaks volumes and theno1plug were not concerned in the slightest that I have received a poor service.

Usually give me 2x nicotine shots per…
meant to give me 2x nicotine shots per 100ml juice. Ordered 4x 100ml, only got 4 nicotine shots. Didn't realise and used 2 in the first one, opened the parcel again where it was sat, now I've only got 2 nicotine shots left for 3 lots of juice. Also, the nicotine went out of date VERY soon after my order. Clearly shoved in a early batch they hadn't sold yet which is fine, but it's not possible to vape it in time. Lost a repeat customer will go somewhere else who hasn't become complacent.

Very quick delivery of the Prime Deluxe. All checked through the QR code and all genuine. I got the random 10 pack and they sent a mix of my preferred flavours, very helpful and respond quick to questions on WhatsApp. Great service.

Highly recommend
Highly recommend. They only sell good quality. Some of their replacememt pods like Lost Temple come in two capacities. No1 plug only sell the big capacity ones so may seem more expensive but they last at least 3 times.as long so very good.value. If they are so much as a day delayed posting they give you free stuff to make up for it but only twice in 2 years have they not delivered next day to me. Very good customer.service, very responsive.
