Fabulous furniture / great delivery service.
Had seen a gorgeous piece of furniture in Orchard and was delighted to get it on sale recently. Joanne was extremely helpful in arranging the order and the delivery service team was excellent. Sean & Elvis called in advance to confirm delivery time, and were courteous, and efficient throughout. Everything was handled very professionally and I was very happy with the service.

2nd time to buy quality outdoor furniture from the Orchard, the delivery lads were the same as before, they arrived within the time slot assembled the table and took away all the packaging making sure i was happy with everything before they left.

Great service
Laura in The Orchard was very friendly and helpful when I was ordering garden furniture. Delivery was due to take about a week but ended up coming within 3 days of the order and was handled very efficiently by the delivery team.

Very abrupt staff member
On Friday, 1st May, I went to the Orchard Cafe, with my husband, & ordered the Veg Hash dish. The nice young girl was putting my order through, when an older lady with short hair, very abruptly snapped that the kitchen was closed. I said thst it wasn't 4pm & she very abruptly repeated the kitchen was closed. My husband & I were both shocked at her attitude, as all our family have been regular customers at the Orchard for years & have always found the staff to be very polite & helpful.

From start to finish the staff were so helpful and so nice and friendly to deal with. I placed an order with the garden centre on sunday 26th April and was told I could be looking at 3 weeks before delivery. My order was actually delivered on Friday 1st May and Sean and his fellow worker was so efficient and so friendly they had my Egg chair assembled within a few minutes. Very impressed with them and would highly recommend them if you are ordering something and getting it delivered. Overall excellent service and I was very happy with it.

Sean and elvis call to my home this morning as arranged they were right on time. Made my dog feel happy as she was barking at them. They delivered my two sofas and fixed the cushions and made it look pretty. I couldn’t recommend sean and elvis enough. They are great guys. Well done!

We were buying a new BBQ, Conor was looking after us, he was so helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble, they had to order the one recommended.
