The Organic Boutique Reviews

I placed an order for three products on 11.12.2021. After over a week, no dispatch notice had been received. I queried this with the Organic Boutique using their online form. No response was received to this query, I then received an email confirming my money had been refunded. There was no explanation as to why this had been done. When I replied to the email address given to me in the refund email I received a message failure confirming the email address did not exist. Poor customer service!

Gave this company a chance….

Ordered a shirt - long delivery than expected / emailed them. Told me it was on the way, received nothing.
Will be asking for refund and not using again.
Such a simple task and for a new company, execution has been poor

Easy 5 stars from me. Fallen in love with this wonderful website. Amazing product range and fast delivery! Will definitely shop here again!

Beautiful products and excellent service. Delivery came earlier than expected.

Fabulous shopping experience all round and ethical in every way 👍🏽

Great products and service. Excellent site promoting the health benefits of a more organic lifestyle.

Quality product, great customer service and very efficient delivery! Couldn't of asked more!

I had a brilliant experience shopping with The Organic Boutique. The customer service was helpful, there were a range of organic products available & the delivery packaging used minimal to no single use plastic.

Beautiful selection of organic products all available in one place - definitely makes it easier to live organically! Delivery arrived quickly and hassle-free. Love that a tree is planted with every order - I'll be purchasing from them again.
