Ok, they are a few quid more expensive, but, they do have some pros, and the comms were great. Even when I had made a mistake, they were quick to notify me, and fix the issue.

The first thing I loved after booking…
The first thing I loved after booking my test with you was how I got a prompt and clear communication on what to do and how to navigate the learning hub. Also, how my choice for the date was rescheduled without any hitches.
Sincerely, I wanted to book via the government's site but I told myself that let give it a try and see if the additional cost would be worthy paying and it really was.
Thank you once more as the learning hub has been reshaping my practice for the better. This is because of the way the questions have been set differently on the same scenarios that can be found on other platforms.

appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Money debited, issue at their end booking his test. My son requested a refund on 9 October and has chased but still no refund received, no product or test booked and they are not responding to emails! AVOID!!!

We provide services on top of your standard theory test booking (such as theory test cancellations, a free re-test if you fail and our esteemed 'theory learning hub' where we offer 100s of test questions and progress tracking to make sure you are test ready!
I notice that you left your review at 17:33. But we had replied to you at 15:46 informing you that your refund had already been processed. Please note, it may take a couple of days to show in your account. If it has not shown in your account within two days, then please let us know!

I’m very pleased with the test booking process. They communicate well and keep you informed every step of the way. They’re also very cooperative and provide plenty of materials to help you prepare for the theory test. Overall, I’m very satisfied.

Great company , the website is really good, and you are offered lots of things to help you with your theory . They have a learning hub that has lots of questions and mock theory tests that you can do.
They are also great at replying to emails.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply. As i understand it, the refund was actually processed earlier today. As mentioned in my reply to your previous review, refunds are normally processed within 48 hours of being requested. I have checked the details on this case and I see that the first cancellation request was made less than 24 hours ago (6pm on the 17th). However, I also noticed that you opened a PayPal case on your transaction at 11:40am on the 18th. As usual working hours are 8:30am onwards, I hope you appreciate that you did not leave an awful amount of time for us to issue the refund. Nonetheless, I spoke to one of our customer service team who was dealing with your case and it appears that the refund was issued in the Afternoon (18th).
Please be aware that it can take some time for PayPal to process it back into your bank. As you raised a dispute with your card issuer, the process might take a lot longer as PayPal has to liaise with the bank/ card issuer. From our end though, it has been refunded. If you send us an email asking for proof of the refund that was issued, I will make sure our customer service team sends you proof of refund (as we do for any request). I'm sorry that your experience with us has not been a positive one on this occasion and I wish your daughter luck on your future tests.
