Ok, they are a few quid more expensive, but, they do have some pros, and the comms were great. Even when I had made a mistake, they were quick to notify me, and fix the issue.

My daughter has paid this company to arrange a theory test for her. This was one week ago and despite them saying it would be one to two days and emailing them a reminder they still haven't been in touch. I think this is a scam, otherwise why wouldn't they have been in touch. Not at all happy.

Excellent cooperation
With little knowledge of how the whole thing works in terms of booking and arranging the theory test, the company was extremely cooperative and helpful when finding dates that would suit my schedule. It was easy to follow instructions and they had great and quick (almost immediate) confirmation on booking, receipt and next steps to take. Good recommendations and reminders sent by email as well.
