This company use panelist without incentives
This company have used people to get surveys done but not paying them. Now it's masking under other panels. You'll see when you enter the surveys it now comes as TPS logo. I have been working for them for years and I was not paid . They always change strategy for not paying me. Companies who uses services for this company are also help exploiting panelists.

I completed several surveys on Planet…
I completed several surveys on Planet Station and spent my time answering them honestly. Unfortunately, the points for some completed surveys were never credited to my account. In some cases, the surveys showed as completed, but the rewards did not appear even after waiting for a long time.
I contacted support regarding the missing points, but the issue has still not been resolved. It is disappointing when users invest their time and effort and do not receive the rewards they earned.
I hope Planet Station improves its tracking system and reviews missing reward cases more carefully so that users receive the points they deserve.

concern about panalstation admins
im genuinely not considered this as a very linient survey sites cuz it literally has 90% survey rejection rates but the top 7-8 % change that you'll select for a particular survey ;anyways i made $6 by far after crashing out every single survey it every got 😭. btw their point review section is so tarsh as it really need a bunch of months to review your 300=400 points at a time lmao, idk the admins kinda fat obies lol.

i have been trying to unsubscribe from the panel station for a year!
the unsubscribe link in their numerous emails every day does not go to any unsubscribe page.
i have emailed them and no response and i still receive so many emails from them daily.
i have reported as spam and i still receive emails.
the rewards are nonsense.
i was under the impression i would receive paypal rewards.

Horrible site
I think this is the worse survey site i have experienced. I have been a member with many sites for years, and while they all have some issues, this brand is by far the worst. Most surveys available are the same ones and rarely change. You need a 300 point survey to redeem rewards. Good luck. Took about 3 months. I have had 1 good survey which has been pending review for nearly 2 months now. I finally got to complete a 300 point survey. Only took 2+weeks to verify. Now on to customer service. Do they even exist or do they just ignore everyone? I sent my first email to them over a month ago and was ignored. I sent a second message to them a few weeks ago and, surprisingly was ignored again. What a waste. Absolutely horrible brand. Do not waste your time. In my 3 months i have accumulated rewards to get a $5 Amazon card. Thats a good use of time. I am going to try to redeem it but ...it should be interesting. Everyone has been warned. Run away now

The Panel Station Scam
After 3 months of doing surveys for free, The panel station refuses to send Voucher Pins needed to Redeem rewards. They will send you a 16 digit Voucher code that has no Voucher pin needed at Shoprite to redeem the rewards.
They do not even explain how you get the Voucher pin, the redemption process does not make sense and its a ploy to rip people off. I got an email from the yesterday because they only respond when they see bad reviews.
Please Do Not complete surveys from The Panel station, you will Never get rewarded. 3 months later, still dealing with this issue.
The Panel Station should be banned.!!!!

Do not waste your time
Avoid this awful site. In fact I think it's just harvesting data to be used to spam us in the future. The surveys they do offer are very long even if you do qualify and they pay very low amounts. There is no customer services. There is no link to support. So please do not waste your time on this site.

I live in South Africa in March 2026 I redeemed 10 000 points for Takealot voucher on the 2nd of April recieved a message that the voucher was ready only to find the voucher no: Https://wongi/redeem/H_E, when I go to this wogi it issues the voucher for only Swedish stores. I contacted Panel station via e-mail three times with no reply till to date. I have been with Panel station for 3 years never encountered any problems until now.

The surveys themselves are interesting and easy to complete. However, the points system feels a bit slow, and it takes a long time to reach the minimum payout threshold. Additionally, once requested, the vouchers/payments take quite a while to arrive. It’s a legitimate site, but you need a lot of patience.
