The Perfume Shop in Boundary Outlet Walsall are such a friendly team. The manager, Teresa goes out of her way to ensure you have a great shopping experience. Its great to see them doing so many charity events. They offer an amazing range of perfumes etc. Highly recommend giving them a visit.

A lot of choice. Staff very helpful. Managed to get what I wanted. Together with the purchase two samples were included. One of these proved to be very nice so I placed an order and delivery was made next day. Fanrastic!

I didn’t get to catch her name but the lovely lady working on shift this morning was so helpful and accommodating!! Helped me look for the perfect gift at an affordable price!!

Ordered perfume for my wife’s birthday paid extra delivery didn’t arrive they couldn’t find my house because the sales assistant omitted my house name. Customer services said they would get another consignment posted guess what never happened. Customer services said they give explanations but guess what that has not received. Five days on no perfume, no explanation given it’s joke no nightmare I will not be using this company again.

The perfume I was looking for not available in shop. The lovely sales person was very polite, friendly and helpful. She kindly ordered online for me and perfume was received in couple of days. Excellent service.

I and my wife was at the perfume shop, had a bit of a difficulty in making choices, Kathleen help us in making a good choice by explaining the product to us in a professional way, she was patient and above and beyond. She made the whole process of buying easy. Thank you.

The process from ordering to receiving the perfume in the post was excellent.

I went in on Wednesday to get a perfume for one of the family members birthday, I was greeted by a great team. Saba was very helpful in helping me chose, showing me different options and explaining the different scents. as I did not know what to go for and turns out my present went down a treat they loved the smell. - Thanks guys will be coming back again

I wait for you to contact me to let me know my order had been delivered to your shop I had no email or any contact to let me know it had been delivered to your shop then when I can’t to the shop to find out wear it was I was told from the shop assistant I had recived it I told her I hadn’t that it was being delivered to the shop she insisted that I had I asked her to check to make sure I gave her my order number again she then found my order behind the counter no apology given at all for no contact or for accusing me of already receiving my order to my house even after I told her it was going to the shop don’t think I will be using that shop again boundery outlet walsal which is a shame because the original girl that took the order I think was holly was so helpful. I still hadn’t had contact on 23/12/25 to collect it and it had been deliverd to shop in 5 days

Another visit to The Perfume Shop and again a lovely shopping experience, this time I was welcomed by Teresa supported by Holly.
Teresa was warm great eye contact, interaction and professionalism, she helped me choose a Christmas present then wrapped it beautifully.
The recipient was especially impressed with the personalised ribbon, not seen in the Billericay/ Basildon areas by them!

Love this shop you can smell all you need too and the ladies always wear a small , very helpful and gift wrap if you ask for it
