The girls in store were really helpful both Donna and Alesha were a great help in assisting me with a gift for a friend. They provided speedy service and my friend was really pleased with her gift. Donna was especially helpful in helping me track down the perfume i wanted. Will be back again 👍

The staff member known as that is good at recommending fragrances to you i came in looking for a fresh summer fragrances and she put me right on the money with recommendations she also made sure that any disadvantages of fragrances are known so u don't make the wrong choice with a weak fragrance that has to be reapplied frequently

I went to the shop in Broadway Bradford today.20 Feb, to buy some perfume for my Grandsons 21st birthday. The ladies who served me were fabulous. Firstly Saffy (the perfume princess) gave me three samples to try and advised to take my time to decide. After having a coffee and continuing to smell the samples I decided on the one I liked best and returned to the shop . I was served by Tia who was also very nice and I also got a discount on my purchase today. Excellent service, very good prices.

My experience here is always lovely
My experience here is always lovely, warm, and welcoming. Donna is absolutely superb. She is extremely helpful, always has a can do attitude, and no matter the time always puts 100 percent in. There were times where I came just before closing and Donna would still wrap me up a gift. Donna creates the best gift parcels, she puts together the best packages with perfumes, chocolates, teddy bears and samples. Donna is the reason why I always come again and again to the perfume shop!
