Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Went into the shop the sales assistant…
Went into the shop the sales assistant ordered my perfume online as they didn't have it in store didn't hear anything about my order so rang the store as I couldn't get intouch with customer service told me they'd look into it and they would ring me back never did so I rang again now they can't find my ordered and someone from the refund team is going to ring me within 2 weeks it's disgusting
