What an amazing experience in the Perfume shop (located in Superdrug) we had today.
We went in to purchase my sister’s wedding day perfume. Erica, who served us, was nothing short of incredible. It was so refreshing, lovely customer service and she gave us a little extra to celebrate the special day too. She was a really lovely lady, and when I went to pay, she double checked to see if I had a perfume shop card, which I did! It gave me extra discount, which helped massively. Thank you Erica for such a lovely experience ❤️❤️

Staff were extremely helpful in helping me choose a “nighttime” perfume for a special occasion at the Walsall store. Especially Erika who recommended me her personal favourites and helped me choose the Prada Intense for myself. Super efficient and friendly! Thanks x

I went into the Walsall branch of Perfume shop today and was assisted by the lovely Erika. Erika's expert knowledge made choosing a perfume seamless. Despite the busy environment, her patience with customers shone through.

I don’t usually write reviews but had such a good experience in the shop. A lady called Veena served me and was very knowledge about the perfumes they sold. I was able to find the perfect gift with ease and I usually really struggle with this. Glad that the staff took the time to talk me through many perfumes because I was so indecisive. Make such a difference and thanks

The sample I received with my fragrance was honestly so thoughtful it really helped me predict if I liked the scent without I packaging incase I had to return which I think is lovely. The delivery was exceptionally well at arriving and had arrived in pristine and beautiful condition which I was very content about💞

I brought perfumes from this shop before. Fast delivery. Never any issues. Will order again. Got my eye on more perfumes. To my husbands annoyance. I must have sround 50 in Total. But a girl can never has enough perfume. Thst what I say.
