Ordered 6 personalised robes for my daughter’s wedding in June. Spoke with Sophie via email several times who answered all my questions promptly and was so helpful and patient.
The robes arrived via express delivery as I’d left ordering them a little late.
On the day we all looked lovely in the robes and my daughter was really happy with them. Thank you so much.

I ordered lots of personalised flute glasses for my wedding. These are lovely and great quality for the price. I would recommend buying the gift boxes for them though.

Firstly, we would like to sincerely apologise that the bag you received was not exactly as expected. We understand your disappointment, particularly as the interior differed from the version you had previously purchased the year before.
While the overall design and functionality of the bag remain the same, we do occasionally change suppliers, which can result in slight variations to the internal features between production runs. We appreciate that the inside of the bag was not what you were expecting based on your previous purchase.
As soon as you contacted us, we arranged a free returns label for your convenience. We can confirm that we received the returned bag and processed your refund in full.
