This is an excellent service, I have Pet Heslth Club plus, and have used the vet consultations on line a number of times. They are very quick to respond and give a written report. Also I find not having to pay for my local vet consultations a great benefit.

Not got service paid for and incredibly one sided sevice, you never gave a reason for cancellation of my health plan 2 days after initial payment for the first month....see you in civil court for your explanation......not even 28 day allowance....diabolical

Great advice available . Helps to keep updated with all things needed to keep our pets healthy and happy . Also affordable.

When I brought Skye last Friday as Nd had her injections and chipped and the one that saw her was so gentle and explained when to give her worming and flee treatment

Good experience been with same vet for all 4 cats ,sometimes can’t always get the appointment you want and they cancel regularly

Brilliant service. All vets should offer this as it saves a considerable amount annually because inoculations, microchipping, flea and worm medications, as well as unlimited veterinary consultations (if on the plus plan) are included.

In addition to the above, the pet is seen, weighed, their history detailed, they take a urine sample that the owner has taken from their pet for testing, and the veterinary nurse takes the pet through for a blood test.

Superb service overall, the staff and reception team are great and it's evident this is a vets whose staff genuinely care about their clients' pets which is something that has been sorely missing when I've been registered elsewhere previously.

Everything made so easy to use. Very impressed.

Be very careful. Been with PHC for a few years, but prices go up and up, and it is not good value for money. Subscription auto-renews each year and there is a very small window to cancel and get out of contract. The £60 exit fee is unreasonable. We have lost all trust in this company after these recent changes designed to trap people and fleece them with exit fees. Absolutely would not recommend.

Love this. Quite expensive but have saved alot with this one. Well worth tha money

the best thing we have done for our three cats. It is worth every penny. I recommend everyone to use this service. And to the company itself: to have a greater range in the clinics (there are clinics that do not offer this service)

I was told that my initial consultation fee would be refunded when my payment for the club had been accepted. This has not happened!!!
Payments are going out, yet still no refund of initial appointment fee

It’s a piece of mind that my pet bill are are high I just pay for treatment my cat get a clean bell of health
