Quick response to samples, and helpful for product development.

So far The Packaging Lab is a great company. I've searching for new packaging for my company products.

I've contact both UPrinting and Packola, and ask them for samples. They refused to offer me any sampels. That's not all... if you compares their PRICE IS HIGHER than Packaging Lab.

My suggestion is NEVER order anything from UPrinting and Packola. Because their customer service sucks!

Did research on custom pouches, these guys are by far the best service. They have above-and-beyond customer service and make everything very smooth and easy, and the prices and MOQ is hard to beat. I don't plan on using any other service simply because this was so easy and saved me mental energy. The design service in particular was great value - pay them once for first design and a small fee for more SKUs, and they will create the Adobe files needed. No work for me. Highly recommend if it works for you.

I am new to ordering pouches and as easy as the website is to navigate I was still having a hard time knowing what to purchase. The sample pack was very helpful and was able to see and feel the difference. Loved the explanation and measuring page for the different options.

My experience with pkg lab is excellent! Very responsive, helpful, reliable, and great service. I felt that the company was truly interested in helping solve my problems, answer any questions that I had, and cared about the success of my business.

So I have been printing labels and putting them on my brands packaging for the past year, thankfully I am growing to where my needs changed and I started looking for a company that can fill the need. I was super nervous, as I am far from skilled with tech and design software. Their customer service team was patient and kind and tried to help me get the reassurance I needed. Of the designers I spoke with, Darin was incredibly helpful. I believe he went above and beyond to assist me in the ways I needed in order to get my package the way I wished for. One gripe I have is I was not responded to when I asked how I can tip him. I strongly believe in rewarding and recognizing excellent help. Please let me tip him! lol

Fast and great quality

Samples we received were above and beyond what we expected. We had a few questions which were answered perfectly by Jeff. Looking forward to using the Packaging Lab as our film supplier.
