First time I visited this store as I wanted to purchase a quality sofa, rather than the rubbish you find on the retail parks. Darren served me and was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. As was the lady on the customer service desk. Quoted 10 weeks for delivery and it arrived in 5. The two delivery guys (sorry didn’t get their names) were also excellent and very respectful of my property. Great job guys and would have no hesitation in recommending this business.

Great experience with The Place for Homes! The customer service was really helpful in providing updates on delivery. Our sofa was delivered early, and the courier arrived in the time slot given and even took away all the packaging! All this and £500 cheaper than big name stores - would highly recommend!

The quality of the furniture was superb. The staff were friendly and helpful. Delivery was 2 weeks in advance of estimated date. The delivery was efficient, again the staff were really helpful

They can improve by not lying to people .I ordered a sofa and 1 chair January 4th was told 8 to 12 weeks then was told in April it would be another 6 weeks .waited for it only to be told it wouldn't be here till 27th June. 6 months for a sofa and 1 chair is ridicules. So won't be seeing me again

A place for Homes was excellent. Five star. Could not be beaten on price. From ordering to delivery. As I wasn't confident ordering online. I gave them a call. So so helpful. And my new cabinet was delivered unwrapped and in place. Excellent. Thank you. Won't hesitate to order from them again. First class.

The two guys that delivered my table and chairs where great during and after assembly off the furniture and took all the packaging away.

Great, fast service and delivery

My order was received earlier than what was initially stated, wich was great news.
The delivery took place a week later and was carefully brought into our home and placed where we wanted it. The guys were very polite and showed us how to remove the backs of the chairs and settee, if ever we needed to do that in the future.
A great all round experience, and excellent quality furniture.

Very Helpful and Excellent Service
The shop were helpful and when our furniture was delivered there was a query which I discussed with the delivery men. The shop answered my query before I could go back to them with the question

Pictures of rug very misleading nothing like when it arrived. I requested a return and was told I would have to pay the courier charge. I disputed this in the grounds of misleading pictures of the rug but the cost was still deducted from my refund which took nearly to weeks to be issued. I would not order from this company again.

Brilliant company, held our order whilst we were on holiday and had the delivery today. The two gentlemen were excellent moved our old furniture into another room for us then brought in the new furniture unpacked it and took all the packaging away excellent service from start to finish. Excellent quality furniture.
