I don’t understand why there are so many poor reviews of this company. I can’t say enough good things about them, from the Customer Service to the quality I’ve come to expect from a Jellycat. I’ve done extensive research and I can tell you that these are in fact, authentic jelly cats! Trust me when I say I really went above and beyond to distinguish the difference and I have no doubt that these are 100% genuine. (I’ve also compared my jelly cat that was ordered directly from the company.) OH,
The shipping is a bit slow (12 days) but otherwise no complaints! If you’re considering ordering from these guys, just go ahead and do it. You won’t be disappointed!

STAY WELL AWAY AND REPORT THIS COMPANY TO JELLYCAT THEMSELVES PLEASE!
If i could give this less than 1 star i would this company is a joke they are the definition of the worst scammers selling the worst made fake jellycats and then proceed to stick with their story that they are 100% genuine when really they are not and quite obviously are fake as comparing them to real jellycats they are absolutely nothing alike the quality is poor, sizes were wrong, paper tags put on the wrong one this company states as seen in other comments in here they check all jellycats labels etc before shipping this is another lie as if they checked them they wouldn't have messed up on 2 out of the 3 fake dragons they sent to me, the fabric labels are fake and not sewn properly, the colours don't match the original ones the list could just keep going.
When emailing stating i wasn't happy and finding out all 3 dragons are fakes they told me i had to pay to ship them back from UK to USA for a full refund even though it is a problem on their side and not simply that I've just changed my mind but the funny thing is the address this company use is also a fake as all that is there is a massage studio and an apartment complex but no sign of a plush studios retail so i can guarantee when sending items back they never 'receive' them and you still don't get your money!
They also offered a 10% refund which works out at £23 as my order was £236 which is appalling. Who would take 10% on an order that cost so much!
Lastly they offered a 30% voucher to use with them again...why in gods name would i want to buy from this scamming counterfeit company again when they sell fake jellycats that are of such poor quality and nothing like the real ones.
This has now been taken further and my bank and jellycat themselves are investigating.
Everyone report this company to the real jellycat business, share them all over facebook, tiktok the lot and let's get them shut down so they stop scamming innocent people.

Cannot believe i actually fell for it and order what were supposed to be real jellycats. Received the worst fakes sent from China. Wish id have read the reviews here before ordering.

Ordered what was marketed as a genuine Jellycat 'Cecile' the chicken. Catalog image during purchase was of a genuine one. What I got was clearly a very poor quality fake. It's disgusting this company is allowed to trade. I'll be reversing my transaction due to fraud.

100% fake received! Proven with photos but they consistently state it’s genuine! Return at my expense to US from UK for a full refund ermmm not losing postage costs !
Receive 30% off next purchase are you actually having a laugh , no one in their right mind would buy from company twice !

Excellent customer service, they answered my emails, this is a 100% genuine company although at first I wasn't sure, I am so glad I placed an order, my niece was very happy with this plush studio genuine Bashful Bunny Graduation Outfit, it was excellent quality, very cute, arrived on time couldn't be happier with my purchase, I will order from here again😊

Fake Jellycats. I ordered the Bartholomew Pilot Bear. It is a Harrods exclusive. I was told it was authentic. It was shipped from China and is fake. The tags are on the back instead of on the front and the eyes and nose do not look like the authentic bear. Sad because this was a gift for my daughter. They want to argue with customers that their items are not fake. I am not sure how they are even able to sell these fakes from China.

After an initial hiccup over shipping information a speedy reply was provided to an enquiry and our purchase was delivered in time

Stay clear very fake Jellycats and they claim to sell real ones . Save your money and don’t buy from them !

My package arrived and they are the sweetest addition to my collection. Clyde has already been on his first trip with me as my emotional support capybara!

The shipping was $10 which said it would take 2-9 days and it’s been 2 weeks.

Unfortunately I needed to return the goods but did not get a response from you when I emailed.

Great service.

This business is selling very very bad fakes! I ordered two Jellycats and they are horrific counterfeits. The Plush Studios are claiming they are genuine despite them being very obvious replicas! Don’t get caught out like I did!
To update the bum tags on these Jelly cats give the code BRAM2BR this isn’t the official Jellycat code for this item! The tags are sewn in wrong and are different in both bears. The strawberry fur is nothing like the real bear and comes away when you touch it.

Still haven’t received my gift which was ordered on the 5th August. No reply on emails very poor
