When I first joined TAM, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. I was in a bad place, and I didn’t know what I needed. From there, I moved into the Brotherhood, and I keep showing up because it works.

Amazing group of people whose sole focus is on the individual, releasing the tools we all have but have forgotten how to use them to help us be better humans. I highly recommend anyone to get involved with this process, as you will be amazed at all the things as men we suppress and how that really hurts you without knowing it. The process is so relatable; it is just outstanding. If you believe in yourself, you will see your path through the entire process change for the better.

A path of self-love and a blueprint for living life on your terms, as someone who goes after what they want in life, loves the people around them fiercely, and finally feels alive and unstuck. What made my experience great is working with other men who are going through the same types of struggles. It made it a lot easier to share my experiences. It was also good to have a real person coach Franco instead of some lame freaking therapist or counselor. Knowing that Franco had gone through shit himself and hearing his knowledge and experience was real not bullshit. I would definitely encourage others to do this program. I also really liked the breathing techniques and also the explanation of DEER and WOLF. After hearing that it was really easy for me to change my thought process. I am not a freaking DEER anymore.

This is life changing for any man! Amazing structure, coaching, accountability and leadership. Powerful movement and leadership! Simply put, one of the best things that has happened to me, for me!

This methodology is not just holistic but very well orchestrated and sustainable. Parameters are in place for a safe, positive, and quick ROI. The ROI is only amplified by your level participation and further amplified by your engagement with others in the program. ROI is not contingent on specific coaching styles or personalities. In fact, progression encourages versatility and versatility of coaching. The content is pragmatic and dense. Weekly real time results of TAM are measurable (COIL) while the magnitude or amplitude (life change impact) steadily increases. The end state and way ahead after TAM is clear and definable, meaning tools and foundation are in place to continue on with positive ROI with our without TPM. Therefor, a sustainable methodology.

This program changed my life. And I know it did the same for the guys in my group. Never would I have thought I could have grown and learned so much in 8 weeks. I never realized I even needed to grow and learn the way I did. It does not matter where you are in your marriage. Your relationship with kids. Your age. Etc. I have no idea how it got listed under BD?)****I have been working with TPM since about October of 2025 when I did The Activation Method, and I'm currently in the brotherhood. I wrote a review in mid December of last year at the end of TAM, titled "Had I tried to guess what this would do for me, I would have sold myself short!" It was pretty long and extensive because that event was truly life-changing and transformational I'm not going to say much more because I've written a lot already in that review - please reference it if you'd like to read more. I'm compelled today to write about my recent experience with The Alpha Reset. The coaches that were involved in my TAR, Niell Talbot and Steve Matthews, are phenomenal men who have amazing insight, and amazing way of being gentle and caring and they will love you to a better version of yourself! They called us to the line... and we followed them - as they show up everywhere, every day! They don't talk about what to do, they show us what to do by living as Powerful Men. After completing TAM, which again was life-changing for me! It has dramatically altered the way I show up in every relationship, and in all aspects of my life, including as the President and CEO my own company. TPM is an organization of men who will love you until you can love yourself, who have Mastermind mentalities because we're all successful and driven men, and because of that, we all often suffer from similar hardships and challenges, which we can now view as opportunities in life. Primarily this is due to mis-prioritization - letting work own our relationships, our health, and our fulfillment or happiness, ultimately! There is no judgment in this statement, we all did what we thought we were supposed to do as men; we attack the world earning an often substantial living, and at the expense of our relationships, our health, and even our souls for many of us. The organization seeks to help us focus with practical daily routines that will change your life. We also use visionwork, breaking it all way down to daily Keystone habits to make those Visions come true. I have never witnessed something so highly effective and so accountable. It has been called one of the world's most transformational events in the world... and I can tell you that doesn't even do it justice! I have become aware of the things that have limited me in the past.
