My experience was good. They deliver my project on time. The illustration was so good. Everything was perfect.

I wouldn’t say they are perfect, but they delivered what they promised initially. The editing helped to improve the clarity in the dialogue sections.

I chose them for proofreading, which initially I thought wasn’t a big deal, but when I received my first draft, I saw the clear difference. A few of the formatting things needed revision, but they were minor, and they handled them after I pointed them out.

Recently, I used their services for formatting. What I really liked most was how they adjusted the content based on my feedback without hesitation, so I didn't feel like I was getting a one-size-fits-all service.

What I like the most is that they have a tea that is cooperative enough. They are open to revision. I had some specific instructions for the chapters' formatting, and they followed them quite well.
