I bought 3 Inca bar chairs but they were quite uncomfortable so had to return. Cost me £100 to return which was extremely upsetting

Absolutely brilliant company and superb quality bar stools they look amazing! I was really pleased with how sturdy and well built they are. The soft feet bases really protect my LVT floor. Great communication and support from the team as our address is brand new so they helped ensure the courier got it to us safely and quickly. Highly recommend!

Good product, happy with the quality and also delivered quickly and efficiently.

I ordered some kitchen bar stools and loved the design.. sadly the colour was a little to light and didn’t fit in my kitchen
I did return them at my cost and the company were very fair and issued a refund . I have no complaints they are a jolly good company with some beautiful furniture.

Lovely chair, reasonable price

We ordered some Rattan dining room chairs, on unpacking them realised we had two of the correct chair and 2 incorrect chairs.

Called and explained, they knew the mistake was made from an unpacking error from them, sent new chairs out which arrived next day.

Irrational aggressive customer service and behaviour. Instead of trying to understand what went wrong with the deliver people (i.e. delivery people refused to take the chairs up the elevator, saying that it constituted too many trips in the elevator), the Company responded to me with an aggressive email ending it with "please don't bother ordering from us again", instead of providing good customer service.

Their customer service lines don't work, try it yourselves right now.

Very pleased with the service I received. The order was acknowledged straight away. The chair arrived within a few days and it was very securely packaged. Included instructions for assembly. (legs separate from seat)
