Prompt responses to my queries and the ability to make custom adjustments. My only suggestion would be to put a little something (small flag or even your company's initials) on the front of the tee shirts that have the design on the back. The front is completely blank. I have purchased about 9 shirts, lol, so you can tell Im a happy customer.

Don’t order the graduation candles!
I was so excited to receive the candle for my niece who is graduating from high school. When I opened it, I was so disappointed to find that the candle was smaller than expected and the label was attached crooked thank goodness it’s not the only gift I’m giving her or I would be very upset!
The reply from the company was that someone has “already reached out” to me, it has been a few days and nobody has reached out to me at all. I stand by my above statement. Beware if you order from this company.

Loved our tees!
We received the order of tee shirts naming my 5th great grandfather who served in the Revolutionary War. The family members loved them -- the quality and weight of the fabric, the customized printing and the customer service when I had a question. They also wash well! I'm using two of them to make quilts as an additional reminder of our family history.
