The whiskey glass I received had a poor…

The whiskey glass I received had a poor quality print and cheap glass that is totally different from the phone on its web site. I am very mad at the scam the The Red First sell market. The bottom of the glass is not even flat. I paid $35 for a glass which I can buy better one from any dollar shops.

I am happy with quality of the t shirts…

I am happy with quality of the t shirts I ordered. I needed a size larger, and emailed the company with my issue. The company replied in a timely manner and offered to send me the larger size free. And advised to keep my original purchase! Thank you for very good customer service.

TheRedFirst is a Five Star organization

TheRedFirst organization promptly responded to my initial concerns, insufficient contrast with the printing on the green colored shirt I had ordered. Their communications were always positive, not defensive. I felt respected. In looking at the website, I saw a shirt with similar content, recognizing a patriot relative, with the printing on the back. I had not seen that in my initial order. TheRedFirst graciously allowed me to switch products, acknowledging receipt of the photos that demonstrated the low contrast. I am impressed with their communication and actions. This is a Five Star company!

Slow delivery and poor quality merchandise

Order TRF59260296.

Received one of four shirts. 3 weeks later still have not received the other shirts. The shirt I did receive is of extremely low quality. The graphics are poor and the cotton material is extremely thin. I've reached out several times to their customer service who reply it's in transit but tracking number says label was created only and product has not been shipped.

quality is poor and shirt was short

quality is poor and shirt was short. Not the true freedom shirt but a cheap knockoff for a high price. Won't buy from you again.

Chinese company selling USA patriotic products

This American merchandise company ships all their cheap stuff from China. The return policy on the website is false. They will only take back damaged products. Probably because they can't ship it back to china.

I ordered a gift remembrance ornament…

I ordered a gift remembrance ornament for a friend before Christmas. It was delayed in shipping for weeks and then lost altogether. Customer Support was very helpful in both tracking and then replacing the gift. With expedited shipping and no charges. It arrived safely and is perfect. My friend will love it! Thank you so much for your prompt response and help! So appreciative! 😊

Very happy with my dog’s new collar.

I ordered and received a a quality leather collar with a small plate with my doggie’s name and my phone number. Since it’s securely attached on the collar itself. Normally, an identify tag can wear off the ring over time. I’m very happy with it. It took a little time, but definitely worth the wait.

Very disappointing shipping experience.
I placed an order with The Red Fist on December 13. It was shipped on December 17 and didn’t arrive until January 8 — almost a full month after purchase.
What’s especially frustrating is that their website clearly states shipping takes 3–7 business days, which was nowhere near accurate in my case. There was no proactive communication or explanation for the delay.
If you’re ordering something time-sensitive or expecting reasonable delivery times, be aware that their shipping estimates cannot be trusted.

Update after seller response:

I appreciate the reply, but I want to clarify a few important points. There was no proactive communication from your side during the delay — all updates only came after I reached out multiple times. That made the situation more frustrating, especially given how far the delivery timeline exceeded what was advertised on your website.

While the shipping refund is noted, it felt like the minimum possible resolution, not a meaningful acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused by a delay of this length.

Unfortunately, the disappointment didn’t end with the shipping. The product quality is fairly poor, especially considering the price, which further impacted the overall experience.

Due to the lack of proactive communication, the misleading shipping estimates, and the quality of the product itself, I would not recommend this seller to anyone.

Your order was shipped on December 17 and, unfortunately, experienced delays with the carrier due to peak holiday volume and winter weather conditions—issues that were outside of our direct control. We understand this does not change how disappointing the wait was, especially when our standard delivery estimate of 5–7 business days was not met.

We did communicate with you via email during transit, confirmed successful delivery on January 8, and refunded the shipping cost as a gesture of goodwill. That said, we fully acknowledge that the experience did not meet expectations, and for that we sincerely apologize.

We are actively working to improve our shipping transparency and carrier performance during peak seasons to prevent this from happening again. We also truly hope the quality of the product itself met your expectations once received—your feedback on that means a great deal to us.

I ordered the freedom mug as a…

I ordered the freedom mug as a Christmas gift for my fiance and never received it. My email said it was supposed to be delivered on 12/24/25. It’s now 1/7/26 and there is no sign of the mug. The tracking number also has not let me track anything. When I click the number it takes me to a website that shows nothing.

We were really excited to receive our…

We were really excited to receive our apparel. They sent the wrong size and won't refund. I ordered a mens xl received an xs so the product is absolutely worthless to me. Not to mention it took months to receive. They are an absolute SCAM. Do not give them your money.

To confirm, they still refuse to refund.

Worst experience i have ever had

Worst experience i have ever had. Took for ever then when I received my product sent xs small child size and refused to give a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY . I will be contacting the BBB.
